Poor quality bed. Rooms too warm no air con. Slept in room over bar had to listen to a very poor musician two of the three nights we stayed. Need to sound proof the ceiling in the bar. Buses running their engine outside the window late at night when trying to sleep. Outside area beautiful and service for the wedding we attended was top class. Jacuzzi bit disappointing not seperate from pool. Windows need updating in rooms. Food great. Just some things need looking into.

We only stayed one night, but it was very nice. Rooms were good (but shower water pressure & temp wasn’t great). No elevator, but fortunately we only had to drag our suitcases up one flight. The dinner at the hotel was excellent, though, and it was an easy walk to local pubs. The view from our room window was quite pretty, too!

We had a lovely stay at the Park hotel. The room, food and staff were all lovely. The kids were given lovely bags full of treats when we arrived which was such a lovely touch. The Easter bunny even arrived leaving something at our door on Easter Sunday. Im not sure if we or the kids were more surprised. We will be back soon!!

Nice hotel, with nice staff and good for for dinner and a lovely breakfast. At first seeming a bit out of town, it was actually only about a 5 minutes walk in. Stayed with my children who moved the pool and the nearby massive skatepark. I recommend it as a nice olace ti stay.

We had a pleasant stay at Park , Dungarvan. Nice room, very comfortable and clean. Good breakfast. Pleasant service. The hotel could do with a bit of interior update. For example, there is nice area suitable for residents to relax in. No effort to make it interesting,, no plants, paintings, coffee tables, missed opportunity.
In the foyer on a cold evening if the stove were lighting it would encourage residents to sit ,have a drink etc.

It is my 3rd time staying at the Park Hotel this year. The staff are very pleasant and accommodating. I had injured my back before i went there and the lady on reception gave us a room beside reception downstairs without hesitation to accommodate my needs. Will definitely be back again in the future. The lobby was decorated lovely for halloween with lovely autumnal colours

I stayed for one night in The Park Hotel and i chose it as it had a swimming pool and leisure facilities. After travelling from Dundalk all i wanted to do was to check in around 4pm and totally relax and that is what happened. My room was perfect but the only thing missing was cup of tea making accessory so I settled for the complimentary still water that was there. I went to the Leisure Centre for a swim and steam room but the pool was crazy busy with children from the locality in for lessons but i didn't mind as they were getting great tuition from those in charge. I knew they were soon finishing up so it got quiet after a while which was nice so I had a lovely hour or so. The only thing i felt uncomfortable with in today's world was the exposed and not very private changing room as mature men old and young having to navigate changing in front of very young children whos curiosity was evident as that is what children do. I'm glad I'm over that stage with my children as I would hate them to be put in that situation. Children's safeguarding needs to be looked at. Later i had a beautiful dinner with Seafood Chowder, Seabass and Tiramisu with nice house wine and it was simply delicious. My server was a waitress called Leah who was worth her weight in gold, very attentive, extremely pleasant with very friendly personality but at the same time knew her place and stayed focused on the job at hand. Thank you Leah! Overall will i stay here agan? Yes, but I'll give the Leisure a miss

we stayed here last weekend in September kids went swimming but pool was freezing so we only stayed in there about half an hour. We decieced we'd not have a full shower and wait till we got back to our room as girls have long hair so less hassel.... our shower only had two settings cold or very very hot nothing inbetween. we were able get the kids bathed thankfully there was one in our room. we reported it to reception and left maintenance into our room while we went for dinner. thought no more about it but next morning when my husband went into the shower same problem. luckily we hadnt sent our 11 year old in first.
when we had ordered our dinner we were waiting for our soups and our kids mains came out to us.I asked if they could be sent back till after the soups and back they went.
We then got our soups and before we picked up our spoons the adults mains came out. We sent them back again. Our Waiter was lovely and could be more apoligectic and at the end the manageress came to speak to us and was also sorry for our mishaps.
But food was lovely atmosphere was great good music playing, a singer in the corner. would stay again.

Pleasant, friendly staff. Clean Modern hotel with good standard. Better than I expected. I rather thought it was going to be more motel like with self catering being the priority.

The room was fine, clean and tidy with everything we needed. The other pubic access rooms felt a bit dated and the restaurant menu lacked imagination. The room rate was considerably higher than two other hotels we used within 60 miles and consequently, when all considered, value for money was poor.
