This hotel is under construction, lots of banging and noise until 9pm! Property condition is poor. Stains on furniture and floors. Wouldnt choose again

Very comfortable hotel- clean, spacious room, comfortable bed, friendly and easy check-in, free parking, and my little dog was welcome too. Free coffee, tea, and water in the lobby (cafe area) 24 hours.

Well where to start I booked this room having no idea this hotel was under construction. When I arrived i was put in a room directly beneath a room being demolished. The floors were disgusting and stained as was every item of furniture. I took photos. So stained and gross i had to wear shoes the entire time because the one time I was barefoot my feet became black. Also they were power spray painting so my bathroom filled with toxic paint fumes all day. So bad I had to block to bathroom door with a towel to trap them in. None of the amenities advertised were available. The hot tub was drained, the gym was closed, the parking lot was full of old furniture and construction vehicles. And they started banging and demolishing at 6 am everyday right above my room. This was unbelievable. When I tried to bring this to the attention of the manager she seemed annoyed with me for even complaining. To top it off you are charging almost $200 a night for this hole of a hotel. That's the price i would pay for a nice Hilton or Marriott room. The manager discounted my stay by 20$ a night and thought that was sufficient. This was false advertising and I would have never ever stayed here had this been presented truthfully. For 200 a night I thought I was getting a nice place to stay. I plan to complain further and get a refund. This was disgusting.

I came into town for a concert and booked a room here. My first impression was how friendly the staff was right from the moment I walked in. Once checked in, I got to my room and was surprised at how spacious it was. Everything was very clean from the bathroom to the bed room and everything in between. The bed was definitely the highlight of my stay. I’ve never slept in a more comfortable bed than the one at this hotel. The sheets were the softest, the mattress was so comfy and the pillows were extra fluffy. The next morning there was a nice breakfast that was out and the dining area was also clean and spacious. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

The toilet in our room (106) ran every few minutes. We mentioned this to the front desk and we're told, "the building was under renovation. A chronic issue should not wait for the renovation, it should be taken care of. There was a sign above the toilet on the towel rack urging "save the environment" referring reuse of the towels. Well, fix the annoying running toilet.

We checked in late and were tired from the drive. When we got to our room. It had a strong odor of a big wet dog. There were trash in room underneath the sink. We had to light to candle to get ride of the smell. We can’t request to switch room their hotel are fully booked. In the morning we tried to used the shower but the shower head wansnt working. When we told the front desk that morning. The claimed that the shower has a special knob and that we should have follow the instructions. We were not told when we check in. Phone in the room wasnt working either. They gave a 30 dollars discount and reduce the bill. Had I known it was that bad I would rather pay more and stay elsewhere.

We had an excellent stay in this hotel. We were surprised to have a separate room for the other bed, as we were expecting 2 beds beside each other as in the photos. Appreciate the extra privacy. The room was extremely spacious. The only downside was the carpet was visibly dirty. It’s certainly an older building and this can be expected. Upgrades may be costly but it’s something to be considered. This did not affect our overall stay.

The staff at the hotel were the bright side of our visit. Friendly, helpful. Breakfast was adequate. However the rooms were dirty; unsafe use of extension cords with tons of dust on them behind the TV stand. Ice machines were broken.

The two people working the frint desk were awesome! The room was VERY sizable. However, there was NOTHING to cook with. Not even cutlery. We got a suite.

We were put in the 2nd building, no vending machines. Even though we had the do not disturb sign up, someone knocked on the door every morning people upstairs had a fight almost every night, had to call front desk several times children ran up and down the stairs maki noise the last day we were there they called to let us to they were closing the buildings for renovation

Shower head didn’t work. Called front desk 3 times and no one answered. Eventually went down to speak to someone and was told I had to pull a weird lever to make it work. Have never in my life seen such botched up plumbing. Asked for a discount since I wasn’t able to shower before check out and was told no. Way to treat someone who travels to the area 2 times a month. I would not recommend this hotel.
