Nice hotel. Great price! Comfortable and clean. Convenient to downtown and mall.

My stay was very enjoyable. Room was excellent. Fridge, microwave, comfortable bed, loveseat, clean room and bathroom. The staff was very polite and friendly. Highly recommended!

Bed was comfortable, air conditioning ran continuously and it was very loud. Curtains were filthy. Bathroom was clean and rest of room was clean

DO NOT STAY HERE, THE MANAGEMENT AND SERVICE IS HORRIBLE.... made a reservation, weeks in advance, via phone, as we had specific questions about the parking facilities. We received a confirmation number for the 3 nights stay we wanted. We were told nothing more than our reservation was confirmed and they would see us the evening of our reservation. When we arrived, they told us our reservation was CANCELLED because it was not confirmed. I had a confirmation number, which they said was valid, but we were supposed to confirm by phone by 3:00 pm that day or lose the reservation ?!?!?! We were graciously (haha) given the first night stay at the rate we were promised, but then told we needed to make another reservation for the next two nights. I said that was fine, let's do that.... but as I stood there talking to the attendant at the front desk, he said they were unable to make a reservation for us (even though the computer was right front of him) and that we needed to go through Expedia or some other online account to make the reservation ?!?!?! We made the reservation, and no surprise, the room rate was almost over $75 dollars more than the initial confirmed reservation. I tried on several occasions to talk to the manager about the situation, hoping for some compensation for the difference in the room, but for 3 days, the manager was never available ! No elevator, just lots of steep stairs. Lobby entrance unsafe for disabled people. Room was directly below hotel laundry room and very noisy. Carpet was hideously ugly orange.
