Very nice overall. Very spacious. Can cast phone netflix to tv, great feature. pool didnt seemed "heated" as claimed though. and spa would have been have better 2-3 degrees warmer.

Didn’t have a tissue box in the hotel. Rest was great. Not too terrible and not to amazing but mostly on the better side :)

Nothing short of terrible, DO NOT bother coming here if you have a young family. The air conditioning unit is not working leaving the infants room at 35°, the alternatives offered DO NOT solve the issue at all. We will not be back. The manager was rude and aggressive towards our whole travel party, and didn’t seem to understand the seriousness of a 18month old sleeping in a 35° room with zero airflow. We was also told we would be refunded 2 nights but barely got a partial refund for 1 night and despite asking for nearly 2 days they have no answers. We had to sleep on a couch in our friends room as they couldn’t fix the aircon or provide an alternative until 2 days later. Will never be back.

Lovely unit with great ocean view. Close walk to light rail, short walk into main part of Surfers Paradise. Comfortable bed, pillows were ok, strong shower pressure, good size kitchen, could not fault really.

The apartment is spacious and clean, it has a great sized balcony to look at the views, we could see the ocean, the city and the mountains from ours. Easy check in /check out process. The bed rooms are big and the bathrooms were very clean. Highly recommend.

I’ve stayed here a few times now Location is excellent Clean Quite & felt Safe Stayed @1702 apartment ….. the only thing that they should look at …. Pillows they were RoCK HaRd Not Comfortable at all … Extra Blanket would off been Great

Easy afterhours check-in process, friendly staff, amazing views, perfect location to beach, public transport and restaurants/shops - so glad we chose to stay here. Could have done with a few extra towels given the length of our stay and most of the time when we were at the hotel - reception was closed. But apart from that minor detail - our stay was excellent!!!

Really nice place to stay, super close to surfers paradise beach and walking distance to all the shops. Only downside was that the bedroom had see through curtains so wasn’t very dark during the night and would get woken up super early in the morning,

Apartment was good value for money. Great location and walking distance to public transport , beach, cafes and restaurants, and shops. However there are little things which could be improved. Wifi reception was good in the living room but poor in the bedroom and tv kept disconnecting due to poor wifi, and the end bit of some of the curtains were damaged allowing light to come thru in morning.

I love this place. Second time I’ve stayed here. Ground floor amenities are excellent whether you want to work out or relax or both, it’s all there. Beach is two minute walk away, the view is amazing from the room and the balcony space is perfect. The tram is two minutes from front door. WiFi quality and connectivity is A1. Don’t have my next Gold Coast trip booked yet but I know where I’ll be staying.

Stayed here for 3 nights, the rooms are little bit outdated, it was also quite dirty especially in the bathroom and toliet. My room was also not serviced the whole time I was there, and I ran out of toliet paper and towels despite me ringing reception with no answer.
