The Mattress and pillows were comfortable. The decore is nice in room 224. Soap but no shampoo or conditioner. The room was clean when we arrived but the floor could have been vacuumed or swept the second and third da as sand inevitably gets in the room, even though we rinsed our feet before entering and left our beach sandals at the door.

Our stay was nice. The room was decent. The people at the front desk were very nice. Our only complaint would be that the desk should book older people in rooms downstairs, as it is way too much walking, sometimes stair climbing, to get to your room, especially when you are carrying bags and whatnot. Yes, the place had an elevator, which goes a long way at helping to ease the burden, but it is not enough for old people. Sad to say, for this reason we probably will not make reservations here again.

We stayed for a over night trip. Ck in was at 3pm we got there a few hours early and since the room was ready we were able to get in there at 12pm. That was awesome. Room was perfect fridge microwave stove kitchen. Def impressed. Beds were firm and comfy. Ck out was at 10 am.. they let us use pool after 10 am and aloud us to stay parked there to use beach. We were able to use the showers and chill before the long ride back home. Definitely will visit again. The manager there was amazing. I forgot his man but he was so friendly and understanding.

Very friendly staff. Older building, not that that is a bad thing. Needs a little updating but it was clean and comfortable

We were very pleased with our stay at the Crossings. Very pleasant staff and the place was perfect. Very reasonable price also. We would recommend this property to family and friends. :) :)

We were only in town 1 night for a wedding and this was very convenient. Nice stay.

Individual privately owned condos converted from old motel located at southern end. I paid for King bed but it was too soft and room was cramped and dated. We were moved to another Room with firmer queen bed. We were not given price adjustment. Room was slightly larger and nicer with chair height toilet and newer modern decor and flooring. Kitchenette had basics- plates, bowls, silverware, mugs and glasses. A colander, cutting board and set of pots. Coffee maker leaked. Full size fridge and microwave. Shower was decent but tub was chipped in several places. No shampoo was provided. Since it was pre-season it was very quiet. We were told pool would be open but it was closed for repairs one day of our 2 day trip. When we did use it the maintenance crew was there setting up the patio. No recycling bins for glass.

Place was dirty including the remote and refrigerator. Beds were uncomfortable. Sofa bed was stained. Save your money and go to a better hotel. Really horrible.

Good value. Nice unit. Close to beach but next door to an electric utility substation.

Floor in room was dirty. Wore shoes inside. Need a good scrubbing and carpet needs to be cleaned or taken up. Beach tags were not offered at checkin but were mentioned at checkout. Could have saved $40 buying tags.

Perfect location for our family of littles. The pool was great and even had a separate baby pool (1 ft). The hotel is perfectly located next to a Wawa and acme. Also a playground 2 blocks down and the beach four/five. The beach has bathrooms and a handicap trail which makes for easier pulling and walking. Also it’s a lifeguarded beach. With little ones I was able to find parking right next to the beach entrance to save their legs but it was definitely doable from the hotel. Rooms had everything we needed. For the price we paid it was everything we expected. Shower towels are very thin and the rooms have cosmetic issues but again for the price we paid I was very happy with all the great things they had to offer.

Great visit to a place I used to stay as a kid. Simple and small, but all you need. Staff was so kind…check in to check out. Convenient location. Easy walk to the beach. Jeff was awesome at check in and Kelly was fabulous through the stay. We plan on returning next June. Thank you!

The Crossings was very nice, clean, comfortable. We had the king bed with pullout. The room is small but it was big enough to accommodate our family of 4. There was also a kitchenette, with microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and full size fridge. Overall it was a nice place to stay, I’d stay again and recommend to a friend.

The room was clean - without sand! Included is a large refrigerator, stove, pots and pans, plates, cups, utensils, table and chairs, as well as a nice bathroom. An Acme, CVS and Wawa are very close by. The pool is amazing.

We had a great time!! The management and staff were fantastic! They went above and beyond to make our stay a great one! We were not familiar with the area and the staff helped us find our way and made suggestions as to places we should visit while we were there. The property is extremely clean. The rooms are well appointed and charming. The hotel is 3 blocks away from the beach and roughly 10 blocks away from the Ocean City Boardwalk. Lorraine and Crystal made us feel at home and when we left we felt like we gained 2 new friends! We are low maintenance people and did not require a lot from housekeeping but the housekeeping staff met us each day with a smile on there faces and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. We stayed for 6 days at the The Crossings and it was such a pleasure. We are already looking forward to booking our next year's vacation at The Crossings. You wont be disappointed. Thank you Lorraine, Crystal, and the staff of The Crossings for making our vacation a pleasurable one!!!!
Thank you,
Jerry & Robin Korb

Room served it's purpose.
Staff was not friendly. Girl at checkout was condescending when asking about beach tags. She said nothing when I mentioned how no one made us aware that we could buy tags at the hotel. She was rude to me for asking for a receipt. Anytime we walked through the lobby the staff failed to acknowledge us.
It's in a good location. Nice to have ACME and Wawa right there. Easy to get to beach.
Great ice cream around the corner.

The location was ok. Wish it was closer to broadwalk, housekeeping did a poor job cleaning. Staff was not very friendly, with the exception of male front desk employee which was very nice. I like that it was close to Wawa, and cvs…
