The room was decent and definitely OK. The bathroom however is why I will probably not go back.
1st morning there was no hot water. I heard other guest complaining about it at breakfasts. The last morning there was no cold water, which is even worst because you can't shower with boiling hot water.
To acces the toilet, you need to open the door half (you can't even fullly open the door because it is blocked due to.the sink) walk into the shower, close the door and than you can access the toilet.

Came with my newly weed wife and had send a messages about the possibility for a decorated room - when we arrived the room was incredibly decorated with flowers - thank you very much 🙏☺️ everything was perfect, the room, staff, parking and breakfast - see you soon again ☺️

We had city view looking on to main road and building work outside. The road was very busy and a lot of noise. The room itself was lovely could not fault it, really small pool but lovely bar, the only fault was I paid extra for robes and slippers and did not receive them u yuk the night before we were leaving although I had asked the receptionist 3 times, but overall all good and breakfast was nice but they ran out of fruit juice one morning.

I stayed at the hotel for 4 days during an extended trip to Morocco. The hotel is first class. From the moment I arrived I felt relaxed. All of the staff I encountered at reception, breakfast, room cleaning were all very friendly and helpful. The room allocated was spacious, cleaned very day and very comfortable. I ate breakfast at the hotel and there was a wide variety of food and drinks available. I used the gym in the hotel. It was well served with free weights etc. The rooftop pool area is small but could accommodate around 8/10 people max. I didn’t use the hotel for evening meals. The hotel is in a nice area but if you are looking to visit the Hassan II mosque I would suggest a taxi - €4 as opposed to the hour walk.

I rarely write a negative review because I try to see the good in everything and understand we are all humans doing our best. However, I need to write this so people who book manage their expectations. Do not expect good customer service and you will not be disappointed.
The pool area is tiny. That's ok but there are 8 chairs for the entire hotel. The staff service does not exist so the pool area is a disgusting mess by the middle of the day as nobody collects rubbish or puts out clean towels. I had to use my own bathroom towel at the pool. All the chairs are taken up by dirty towels so you don't know if they are free.
The girl at the tooftop restaurant is too obsessed with her own selfies for Instagram than taking your lunch order, but when it comes time to pay, that is a completely different story. After requesting to order lunch 3 times, they served nothing of what I ordered, the whole order was wrong but I just ate it rather than argue with the staff.
When I tried to put the cost of the meal on the room account they insisted on cash only. What sort of hotel is this?
After negotiating, they allowed me to pay by credit card. I of course had to go to my room to get the card.
Two minutes after being in my room someone was pounding on my door with a credit card machine demanding payment. NOT OK.
Whoever runs this hotel needs some intense training on how to do business. Upon checkout the Customer Service Manager tried to apologise to her credit. Do not recommend.

The hotel was nice and the staff was very friendly. The rooftop pool was cool and there is a live DJ every night at the rooftop bar. Nice place to hang out. I fully recommend it.

My stay was very pleasant and comfortable, and the food was good. I especially appreciated the high quality of their towels. There are also good restaurants around the hotel, including some excellent Thai food options.
However, there was one unpleasant issue: I was charged a fee for airport pickup which I did not use. Despite showing them the receipt of my payment at the airport (where I paid by credit card), they were suspicious of me. Normally, credit cards are not accepted in Morocco except at the airport. The manager blamed their new system for the confusion. It took over 20 minutes to resolve this issue during check-out. Make sure to always check your bill.

My daughters and I ate at the fancy hotel restaurant while we were waiting for the room to be ready. One of the plates ordered was not well cooked. The meet was chewy and my daughter couldn’t eat it. I called the server and he just apologised. Nothing was done to remedy the situation. I then went to the reception and specifically asked for a room not in-front of the elevator. To my surprise, the room was exactly in-front of the elevator. I go back down and ask the reception if a room change is possible. Instead, there’s attitude from reception staff and basically told these types of rooms are all infront of the elevator. There was no compassion and kindness. One of the receptionist stated this is the first time she receives negative feedback on a room. The room itself is super small, mattresses not as comfy (hard), and not for a three people, as described online. I travel a lot of work and stay at many hotels. By far, this is one of my worst experiences. Totally not worth the money you pay for it. The Radisson Blue in downtown Casa is so much better and much more professional. I thought the quality would be same but absolutely not. This hotel just opened, I hope staff can be a bit more accommodating and kind. It’s makes a world of difference.
