This was one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Nice hotel.

The room was very nice. I did discover that one light switch seemed to control everything. The one by the front door. If I turned it off, everything went off including the microwave and fridge. Explains why it wasn’t cold. It also controlled the bathroom. If the switch is in, I could separately control the bath light switches.

For the high price of this hotel, you’d expect to walk into a neat foyer, but instead it is filled with equipment and the chairs bunched together. As a business owner, it is easy to organize it accordingly to be more welcoming and that’s just my immediate impression. I realize the hurricane caused damage, sadly, but it is still in your best interests to save your brand and make your so called 4 star hotel give that impression. I’d also check the premises for debris, as an empty drink was left outside last night and it was still there upon check out today. The employees facing should always put on a customer friendly face. Instead, argumentative when simply asked where the ice machine was and 3 staff members sitting around full of excuses. The best one being “I told you upon check in where ice machines were.” Fine if you think so, but it is t hard to say simply, “Ice is located….” (no signage). Absolutely no room cleaning service on a 3 night stay, so we had to ask for coffee, towels, toilet paper, trash pick up. The sarcasm of the female saying “Doesn’t your phone work?”(note, NO phones in room!) was ridiculous considering she wasn’t being troubled to actually work besides handing over the few necessities versus delivering them. The rooms are in poor condition with a broken sink and other lack of maintenance that shows the need for a strong management to revamp what should be a fine hotel. We certainly made the wrong choice in an area full of much nicer hotels. Also, be caref

Very clean property overall. Room was spacious and clean. Housekeeping everyday is fabulous. The beds are super comfy. Staff was friendly and available.

We wanted to stay in Punta Gorda while we looked for a permanent place to live as I am being transferred from Michigan. I saw the rooftop bar restaurant online and it did not disappoint. My girlfriend loved the bathrooms, and the beds were very comfortable. What more do you need?
I'd recommend to family/friends and would definitely stay again!

When I first checked in the lobby was a madhouse because of a wedding taking place in the entire hotel, which I was not informed of when I called to confirm my reservation, then when I got to my floor the hallway was absolutely rank with marijuana smoke and the neighboring room had an absolute lunatic in it just losing his forsaken mind and screaming obscenities. I chose this location for a romantic getaway with my partner, and both these things really took a toll on the mood. So I went and asked for a room change, and the front desk Informed me that he had been causing problems for a while. The staff handled the room change effectively and efficiently, but it’s really hard to feel comfortable after that kind of greeting.I had called in advance and asked for a room with a spa tub which my room did not have in either case, and the hotel is advertised as having a rooftop pool which it does not. Those two things were the entire reason I chose that hotel so I was very disappointed to say the least.

Wish house keeping was more attentive, went 2 days with no knocks and had no towels untill we called the front, other than that it was very nice.

I want to start with the staff at the front desk and how helpful, courteous, and kind they were. This was a very nice hotel for a fair price, especially now these days. It was clean, the bathrooms were gorgeous with a deep bathtub and a separate marble shower. And the king bed was very comfortable. Room was big and modern. This place is great and we will absolutely return.

My husband and I came for his 60th birthday and to visit our son and his family who live right down the road. We were so comfortable and well taken care of. Just a wonderful stay.

Great location. We walked from the hotel to the dock to get on the rental boat. Also we walked both nights to the restaurants on the next block. Perfect.

The room was very nice! They kindly upgraded us free of charge and we enjoyed the nice view! The staff were fine, not super friendly, and the building itself could use some work. The rooftop was closed most of the time as well which was disappointing. Very walkable to downtown though which is nice! Overall, it felt like an average four star hotel, with nicer than usual rooms.
