I only booked a stay for one night but the time I spent there was amazing both night and morning front desk was very nice and made me feel welcomed. Room was very clean and smelt great would definitely book again.

Stayed overnight before an early morning flight from Atlanta Hartsfield. Hotel staff was very helpful with the Park & Fly system. Shuttle to domestic terminal was right on time and a quick ride over.

During my recent stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Atlanta Airport West, I encountered an experience that was different from my usual high standards for this property. Having stayed at this location 10-15 times this year, I’ve come to appreciate the hotel’s comfortable atmosphere, convenient location, and reliable service. However, this particular visit fell short in a few areas. First, I noticed that there was no shampoo or shower gel provided in the room. While this might seem like a small detail, it’s an essential amenity for any hotel stay. I brought this to the attention of the staff, but unfortunately, the issue was never addressed during my visit. Additionally, the bathroom was not as clean as I’ve come to expect from this hotel. Cleanliness is usually one of this property’s strengths, so it was disappointing to find the bathroom in less-than-ideal condition. It’s worth noting that this experience is not reflective of my usual stays at this Four Points location. Typically, the staff are attentive, the rooms are clean, and all amenities are readily available. Despite this isolated incident, I remain hopeful that it was an anomaly rather than a sign of declining standards. I value consistency and excellent service, and I hope the Four Points by Sheraton Atlanta Airport West addresses these lapses to ensure that future stays are up to their usual standards.

Decent place near the airport. Had to have a code to go through the gate and park your car which I liked. Staff was the best! Very friendly.

Horrible service. Took over 1hr and 20 minutes to get checked in for a prepaid reservation! Had to walk down to front desk to get extra pillows and blankets because only 1 employee working for the entire hotel. On top of all that frustration, I got hundreds of BEDBUG bites! Contacted the "General Manager" who still has not responded...will be filing a BBB complaint today. Stay at Motel 6 or some local fleabag instead of this high class dump!

While stranded at Atlanta airport during the IT outage the hotel was amazing at accommodating us early so we could sleep in a bed and get off the airport floor. The front desk and drivers for the market and airport shuttles were so kind and helpful. Understanding and caring every person we encountered at this hotel. The room was comfortable the area was/felt safe. The beds were comfortable and the room was nice.
