It was filthy, stains, plaster, etc everywhere on the bed sheets, floor, walls, etc. Outside was filthy and run down. Looked very unsafe and uncared for. My wife cried and we ended up not staying. She looked at the reviews and saw that they had bed bugs as well. We went down the street to a different hotel. Please don't stay.

The room smelled like urine and mildew. There were recent patches in the drywall that were not painted. In short the place is awful and I did not stay there, I found another hotel and am still fighting for a refund.

This was the worst hotel room we have ever stayed in!!! I plan on calling the fire department for the city of Riverton to have them go inspect room 101. We had a burned outlet and it’s the main outlet where your hairdryer connects from the wall. The cord on the hairdryer was also burned. There were over three dozen patches in the wall, which have never been painted over. The door to the bathroom was almost off. The TV did not work. I have a longer list and I took pictures so if you would like me to send you the pictures, I am happy to. You should definitely reconsider having this hotel in your lineup. It is that bad! When I took the list to the manager who I had to talk to on the phone, he said he knew about it and there was nothing he could do because he wasn’t the owner. The owner should be ashamed, but I understand from reading previous reviews that other folks had the same issues and nothing has been done for over nine months most of these rooms. The carpet was shredding near the door. The furniture was banged up badly and nothing matched. There were no bed skirts on the beds, and the towels were basically thread bare. Badly torn shower curtain allows water out !! Again, I would never recommend anyone stay here.

We asked for more but they wouldn't give anymore because we were told the room should have enough towels which it didn't. Luckily we had towels with us. I already reserved it through Expedia/no refunds and walked in to a room with drywall patches all over the walls, tv wasn't even working, manager switched out remote and the lights in sink area didn't work got a new bulb and no hot water for a while, it definitely wasn't what i expected from Expedia or the motel , a terrible room. Never again!!!!

It was great the only problem were the unknown stains on the bedding. Besides that everything else was perfect. The front desk was attentive. The maid make sure the room was clean. It smelled nice. I had no problem with the bathroom and the floor was vacuumed. There was no breakfast provided even though it says so in the app. And the air conditioning fell apart but was easily put together. I had a wonderful time. An would definitely come again.

The attendant only cracked the window while I stood outside and shivered. The outside of the place is filthy and has cigarettes and various other trash littered around in front of the doors. The inside of the room was dirty and there were holes in the walls and several patched but not painted walls. The heater in the room sounded like a jet engine. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows sized for a toddler. Even though this was the ONLY room left in Riverton, I’d rather drive anywhere else for a better place to stay.

Bed sheets more than stained with huge blob of paint spilled on one sheet. And the walls had many drywall patches but not painted over. There was black mold in the shower. We bought bleach to clean the shower. And it certainly appeared that the carpet had not been vacuumed and very dirty refrigerator. Yuk.

It was dirty and run down. When I made the reservation, it claimed breakfast in the morning, which they didn't have. Not to mention that dispte my booking, the motel couldn't even get my reservation right. Total waste. In fact, it is highly unlikely I will ever make a reservation with Expedia again.
