To start, the hotel manager was amazing. He was so friendly and helpful. The pool was so clean and warm. My only complaints, sadly, the hot tub was not working and the food at the hotel was pretty pricey and they didn't have a lot of what we asked for that was on the menu. Will definitely stay here again if back in New Jersey!

My partner tried to check us in with itinerary#/ reservation#, clerk gave him the run around and said reservations was not in the system repeatedly while i was parkin the car. Once I had to walk in there, suddenly it was no issues with reservation number. Hallway infront of room was not vaccumed with ripped up paper o nthe floor... Room LOOKED cleaned but smelled of dirty wet rag the entire stay- even tho i rewiped the entire room down and we had the window open the entire time. Bathroom was clean but water damage above mirror and under wallpaper- very noticable... Fridge smelled of old wet rag inside as well. Gym area had no towels AT ALL in there, the TV on 1/2 the machines were not connected to the hotel network. The water in the water jug in the Gym smelled and tasted disgusting- pretty sure it was tap water refilled and stale... The entire hotel had a smell to it in the lobby and the front desk lady was not very friendly or pleasant- For it being a Hilton hotel, I'm very very disappointed. The person who greets you should be pleasant- not rude, she wasn't just rude to us- i watched her be rude to other guests as well.

Easy in and out

Great staff & clean room!

Found the lobby to be decent when we got to the room is when we found the hotel to be outdated. In the bathroom we found vents to be very dirty. We also found rust on some of the fixtures. Under the bed was also very dirty. We had booked for 2 days but left after first night and switched hotels. So unfortunately I lost my money for one night and didn’t stay at hotel due to being outdated and not clean. Hopefully that will change and I’ll revisit.

Staffs are kind and good. But there’s a only one bus 167 keep disappearing so I waited 2 hours every day

I liked the place very much. The only reason I did not give it five stars is because no one came to tidy my room ie. empty my trash cans, make my bed and replace my towels, when I was not in the room.

Unfortunately, this hotel reeked of sewage when we arrived. There were 2 large fans in lobby &tons of perfume to try to cover up the smell. When we complained, front desk claimed they didn't smell it &, upon pushing, he finally admitted there was some kind of issue & offered us free breakfast. Bed was too soft. Pool was "out of order" when we arrived & until 12 the next day. When it was open, there were no towels & it was quite dirty. There was hair all over bathroom floor (not ours).
