I stayed here for a short 3-day stay. In conclusion, it was the best! From check-in to transportation to the room, the room facilities, room service (menu options), daily cleaning, breakfast, transportation to tourist spots, and more, every aspect of hospitality was the best. The front desk staff, who were full of smiles, were also impressive. Definitely worth staying here. I would recommend it to everyone. The only thing that bothered me was the weak water pressure in the shower, but it was such a good memory that it made up for that. Thank you to everyone at the hotel.

I recently had the pleasure of staying Andara Resort, and overall, I would say it was a delightful experience. The atmosphere was incredibly relaxing, with lush surroundings that made it feel like a true getaway. The cleanliness of the resort was impressive; every corner was well-maintained, which added to the overall sense of comfort. One of the standout features of our stay was the spaciousness of our room. It was large and beautifully decorated, providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The amenities were top-notch, making it easy to unwind. The staff at the resort were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed, and their warm service truly enhanced our stay. Whether it was at the front desk or during meals, everyone was genuinely nice and eager to assist. However, we did visit during the rainy season, which limited our ability to enjoy the outdoor activities, particularly swimming. We were only able to take a dip twice during our stay, thanks to the pouring rain. While this was disappointing, we made the most of our time indoors, enjoying the spa.

We stayed five nights in this Andara resort. We had a three bedroom penthouse suites which was spacious, clean and luxurious. Staff very friendly and attentive. Our particular thanks to Pat at the Silk restaurant who looked after us at breakfast every morning. Resort caters for all amenities desired including complimentary shuttle to the local town and beach. I highly rate this property.

This property is absolutely stunning. The grounds, pool, restaurant all are beautiful. The service and attention to detail is extreme and you will not be disappointed if you stay at this hotel. We travelled during the low season and while the hotel was excellent, the close by beach of Kamala was not great during low season. It was hard to swim and had lot of debris. But on the positive side you could spend more time in this beautiful property on the pool. Definitely one of the best places we stayed on our travels.

I stayed in Villa 8. The property conditions are impeccable and looks like new. I believe this is due to the hardworking care takers. The service by care takers are very good and they take effort to make sure we are well taken care. Last month I was at Villa 17, there were a lot of differences between property conditions and care takers services

Stunning hotel, a few minutes walk from Kamala beach but in the hills with absolutely stunning views down to the beach! We had a 3 bed pool suite and it was perfect! The bedrooms were great along with the bathrooms and the kitchen was well stocked! Pool was gorgeous, perfect size and gorgeous views and 4 sun loungers around it. Lovely breakfast. Kids loved going to kids club for an hour or two when it rained, Nab was just so lovely, our 8 year old daughter cried when saying bye to her! Lovely staff, great free transfers to Kamala area. Would absolutely come back again!

The rooms are large and very tastefully decorated. We stayed at the 3 bedroom pool suite. Each suite has a full sized refrigerator and kitchen. The quality of the suite was at the high end of our expectation. We were very happy with the friendly staff who worked hard to take care of us

Silk restaurant served very good breakfast and we also have great lunches and dinners there. The natural beautiful scenery from the Villa is really soothing and mind relaxing. Only things are the Villa decorations are a bit tired and old and in house maids and cook need to be trained to be more proactive in serving customers

Loved almost everything, such a fantastic holiday. Disliked leaving! Such a great all round package, we’ve stayed in many of the 5 star resorts on Phuket, and this is most definitely right up there. Amazing resort, amazing people, amazing service. So sad to have left.

Absolutely fantastic resort with stunning views and incredible staff. We were blown away with the kindness and attentiveness of all the staff at Andara. All of the little gestures and added extras didn’t go unnoticed and we fully appreciated them. We stayed in a three bed penthouse pool suite and it was spacious and luxurious throughout. The master bedroom was breathtaking! As a group of six, we had plenty of space for us all to dine, relax and socialise in the suite without feeling on top of one another. The pool and sun deck on the top floor was lovely to have some privacy from the main resort pool and to enjoy seeing some of the local wildlife. Within our group we had two young children (4 and 6 yrs) who were well looked after on site too with a kids club, fun family activities and setting up teddies on their bed when cleaning. There was a range of cuisines at breakfast and we didn’t get bored during our 11 nights here as there was so much on offer. The resort taxi down to the beach was great, and lovely to have a designated area on Kamala beach for the hotel with towels and bottled water on hand. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Andara and are already looking at rebooking.
