The area around the property is very “local” like this is not a tourist spot so if you like the local feel this is for you.
The property it self is old, rooms are very old and some like ours look out to construction. Hair dryer was from the Stone Age. The pictures of the property is not that you get.
Over all there are many options in the area at the same price point that would be more updated.
Beach towels are 3 euros each from the property, lounge chairs on the beach are from 5-8 euros. Beach service don’t expect great service we were on the beach from 3 hours and asked for menus 3 time and still never got them while everyone else did. The beach staff doesn’t enforce any type of support when people put their towels and chairs right in front of the lounge chairs.
Beach is nice, has nice sand and is shallow great for kids, there are waves but fun to jump into.

We stayed here 2 nights, my wife wnd my 3 sons aged 12, 10 and 5. We had a family room with 2 bedrooms and a bed for wach of us, a bathroom and a kitchenette which had heaps of space for us and our stuff. The place was spotless and had everything we needed. The staff were very friendly & informative right from check-in and througout our stay. My in-laws were in Greece and tagged along with us for a few days, and a whilst there was no availalibilty for an extra room online, I called a couple of days before & explained & without trouble they arranged a room for my in-laws right next door to ours. There is ample parking, the beach is a short walk, as are the restaurant and shops. We ate lunch and had drinks at the restaurant & pool bar, and the food was great. We also spent the day at their beach area on the lounges, had lunch and cocktails on the beach. Will definitely stay again and for longer!

Being just over half-way thru a 50 night trip covering four nations, I think this one was my favorite so far. The bed was the most comfortable and I feel sad we had to leave that beautiful place.
The staff were so friendly and professional, the decor was beautiful and unique, the food was so excellent we didn’t really want to even try anywhere else.
Looking forward to returning to that sweet spot you can lay on the beach and enjoy the view of Mount Olympus, and staying longer. Amazing!

This place is great. It's at the end of a quiet village and has it's own beach which means you have more privacy while you hang out on the beach or in the water. I randomly found this place on my way between Thesoloniki and Athens and it was a real gem. The owners are extremely friendly and very welcoming. The staff are all wonderful. The views of the Aegean are amazing. I watched the sun rise over the Aegean and it's something I'll never forget. The town didn't seem overrun with tourists, just a lot of local Greeks so it has a much cooler vibe. I will definitely be back.

This hotel was fine for a brief stop-over between destinations, but definitely a one-time place for us. The area itself is outdated and dingy and while the hotel lobby, pool and restaurant was aesthetically pleasing, the rooms were outdated and stuck in the 70s. The worst part was the blackouts the first night there. The power outage lasted about 45 minutes. The rooms did not get cool at all with the power on, so they were miserable without AC. The staff were super friendly and the hotel was clean....it just didn't meet the standard of what we look for in a hotel and area. The location is GREAT though. It's a block from the beach and there is a strip with a lot of restaurants and shops and the beach has a great water obstacle course for the kids. It's an hour drive from Mount Olympus which is why we selected this hotel.

Enjoyed our stay at the Evilion. Rooms had been recently upgraded, staff were very courteous and helpful, hotel was clean and comfortable. Very close to the beach, many restaurants nearby. Good social life in the evening. Very strong family atmosphere. Lots of travellers from various countries around Europe, very few from North America.

This hotel is part of three hotels situated next to each other that are much or less the same. It is very close to a nice beach and there is also bar there operated by the hotel. Our room was really nice. Breakfast was OK but we stayed for 4 nights and they should change the offering from time to time. There are enough parking slots around the hotel. There are good restaurants 5-10min walk from the hotel. Though they have 5 or 6 WiFi routers there was no connection in the room and only limited connectivity on the terrace. Towels were not change and I expect it should happen on the second or third night. One night there were many people staying at the bar and creating a lot of noise but after speaking with the reception they at least reduced the level of the music.

We were pleasantly surprised by the resort starting with the simple, beautiful, and clean entrance continuing to the ample furnished room. Everything we needed was available, including furniture on the balcony which faced the beach/ocean front. The staff were excellent, especially a very nice man named Thomas. The food served in the restaurant had a wonderful presentation, and the taste was fabulous, servings left us full. When presented with a Celiac information card, they were able to recommend food choices and were very accommodating.
