Excellent hotel and very friendly and helpful staff! The hotel breakfast was excellent as was the entire stay! Good location (20-24 min walk to Old Town), underground parking was only 7 EUR. Highly recommend!

From the moment we arrived, the reception staff made us feel truly welcome. Their politeness, professionalism, and helpfulness were outstanding. We were particularly impressed by their willingness to go above and beyond to accommodate our 5am early check-out request. They prepared a delicious and thoughtful breakfast that made our departure even more enjoyable. Our room was impeccably clean and comfortable, with a luxurious bed that ensured a restful night's sleep. The overall ambiance of the hotel was peaceful and relaxing, creating a perfect environment for a memorable stay. Your breakfast was not so good, quality of food was almost bad! I been in most big chain hotels like Hilton, Mariott, Sheraton, Sofitel, Four Seasons and this was a weakest! Omelle station was nice. Also in room, there is nothing extra, not even a paper and pen! Also bathroom just have towels. I know you want to be paper and plastic free company, but it feel you just to save money! Also they charge my room, when check in? If this is Iberostar this was my first and last stay.

It was a perfect hotel for comfortable resting. Very friendly and kind stuff. I highly recommend that place. Location is very good to reach Old Town. Around hotel there are too many shops. You can park your car closed garage. Breakfast was tasty and very various.

Hotel was very clean and all the staff are very polite. The spa is amazing and is a must! The pool area is very clean and enough sun loungers, the infinity pool with the views was stunning. The breakfast was also good with lots of variety. Overall a lovely stay and would definitely come back to this hotel.

A lovely, new hotel with large, beautifully decorated rooms. Front desk staff was very welcoming and friendly. Top floor pool and restaurant are nice. The hotel is on a busy street, so sitting on the balcony was not suitable, but with the doors closed, there is no noise.

We had a nice stay at Iberostar. Staff was very friendly, rooms were spacious, everything was in working order. Breakfast had plenty of choice. Drinks were good. Rooftop restaurant had good food. View from the rooftop was great.

The hotel was nice nothing exceptional, the breakfast buffet had a nice assortment of food, the rooftop pool was nice. The location was not the best. A big negative was that 2 days in a row we did not have water around dinner time in our room.

Lovely rooms and bathrooms. Comfy beds and pillows, nice large shower. Aircon a little noisy but to be expected. Balcony chairs not the comfiest. Pool area clean and well maintained. Good options for breakfast and helpful staff throughout the Hotel. Would recommend

We were upgrade to a junior suite which was fantastic. The hotel rooftop bar service is great, lovely pool up there too. The sunbeds aren’t the most comfortable but are decent enough. The hotel gym was a bit disappointing. Overall through it was a really great stay, lovely hotel where you can easily walk down to the beach and to the old town.

Had the most wonderful time. Rooms are a great size and very clean. The staff were super throughout and went the extra mile for my girlfriends birthday. The gym could be better, but it has a an amazing rooftop pool with incredible views. We had breakfast included which is buffet style and again couldn’t fault it. Would definitely stay again!

Our room wasn’t complete when we arrived. Housekeeping forgot to put water, shower cap, and the usual amenities, refrigerator was hot inside, noisy a/c, no tissue paper. Definitely not a 5 star hotel.

Great service, friendly staff, good location. We booked a king bed and got 2 twins put together with individual sheets, not great. Central A/C-Heater, so you can’t change the temperature in your room. Overall was good, but they should invest in modernizing cooling/heating infrastructure.
