heir friendly, helpful staff. The parking was a problem because of the restrictions, but we got it sorted out with expert help from staff and really enjoyed our stay there. The property is beautiful with a pleasing, eclectic style that made it stand out from other hotels, and the breakfast was sublime. I highly recommend this hotel.

Concierge was so helpful! The location is wonderful, at the edge of the pedestrian zone, yet still quiet. So convenient for sightseeing, yet close to transportation. The room was spacious and comfortable. Very much appreciated the loan of a bus pass and help navigating the system for some visits outside the city!

I absolutely loved Lesar Hotel Angel. The house is old and has its old house features, a lot of stairs and not so good sound proofing for example. However I knew to expect these when booking a stay in a historical building - and the hotel was beautifully maintained, furnished and decorated. The service at the hotel was the warmest and kindest possible. I got all the help I needed. For example when the AC in my room didn’t work and they couldn’t fix it, I got an upgrade to a better room. The breakfast was delicious too.

We spent just one night in Ljubljana and booked the Lesar Hotel Angel without many expectations. We are so glad we did it. The interiors are quite characteristic, the room was very clean, and the breakfast was really superior. Since the hotel is located in a pedestrian area, there is no parking nearby. You'll have to unload you luggage in a temporary parking area, and move the car 350m far. The plus side is that you'll be right in the center of the city, with plenty of places to eat and visit.

I never write reviews, but I have to write this one. If you ever travel to Ljubjana (and I hope you do, as it’s stunningly beautiful) don’t miss the Lesar Hotel Angel. It is the most welcoming, classy and charming B B I’ve ever stayed in . Everything about it, from the well-appointed rooms to the breakfast to the staff, is first rate and first class. You won’t regret this elegant and cozy hotel!

The staff was the best hotel staff I may have ever met. Gabe was my first contact and he was very welcoming and grabbed a map to show me the best spots around then walked me to my room offering to help with my bags. Room was very clean and very nice. Wonderful stay at a wonderful hotel run by wonderful people. Hvala!

This is now my favorite hotel in Ljubljana. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The decor is charming, the rooms are lovely and the breakfast was so good! I highly recommend. I'll definitely be staying there again.

Much of the listing is inaccurate. For example, there is no parking on site or nearby. Also not all rooms have a bathtub. Service was kind but hotel is a little overpriced for rooms. Shower has a hard time draining if you don’t turn it off every 2 minutes. Breakfast was 7.5/10 great selection but only cold foods.

We were greeted by Jovan, the most wonderful and helpful employee. He showed us to the loveliest room on the top floor of this elegant hotel, decorated and designed to delight. Each nook and corner beautifully appointed. Breakfast was delicious with quaint and elegant room with delicious food and courteous help. We rate it outstanding in all areas!!!

An absolutely fabulous hotel with wonderful staff and a great breakfast buffet. Right next to the walkway to the castle, in old town. And I enjoyed birding in Tivoli park. Overall a great experience. Very relaxing.
