Dear Sanjay Maharjan I forgot my blue jacket in your transporter minibus this morning when they gave us a ride to the airport. We stayed in your nice room number 306 during the past 2 nights. I tried to call you with no luck. I tried 2 different phone numbers . Both the one from hotels.com and the one on internet. Is it possible to send this light down jacket to my address in Denmark? I almost do t want everyone to know about this amazing lodge. Its astoundingly clean, the service is amazing, the food blew my mind every dish. I want to gatekeep, but i feel like it needs to be up nd running for my next return.

Excellent place to relax and enjoy Annapoorna mountain range. One can choose a do a short hike along the ridge. The hotel offers pick-and-drop from the cable car point. Sarangkot view tower is walkable (the view from tower is better than the hotel). The staff is very helpful and provided transport out-of-their way even when none was available. Slightly pricy but very enjoyable.

Hands down one of the best places to stay in Pokhara. The view alone is worth every penny. The sunrise from the rooms are stunning and great for stargazing too. They are exceptionally hospitable and will accommodate any request you have. The food is great too! Also a 20 second walk to zipline - one of the longest in the world and a 10-15 minute walk to the cable car. Only downside to staying here is it's far from the city and you won't find any cabs on standby so travelling to/from is a hassle. Everything else was amazing. Would definitely recommend to stay here if you're in Pokhara!

1. Why I chose this hotel: Since I was not sure about any sudden changes for travel restrictions to Nepal, I booked the hotel last minute - 1 day before my departure to Nepal from U.A.E. I contacted directly to the hotel via phone mentioning that I am going to celebrate my birthday at Sarangkot mountain lodge. I was considering other hotel aswell, however, the other hotel did not pick up my phone nor responded to my email. The Sarangkot Mountain Lodge staff answered all my questions that I was concerned regarding restrictions, hygiene, PCR protocols, food and beverage menus, transportation and so on. That call made me already a very good impression of the hotel. Also, they immediately answered to my email for further inquiry. 2. Location: When we arrived to the hotel, I knew that I made a very good choice to stay with them. The hotel was located in the middle of mountain 35 min away from the airport. In the morning, sunrise with the the himalaya mountain view was already made this trip worth it. The little balcony from our room was good enough location to enjoy the view during sunrise and sunset. We did not go to Sarangkot View Point although it was super close to the hotel. 3. Room: I loved the room and the interior. It was very cozy atmosphere. I honestly think that the actual place looking better than the pictures. Coffee/tea was available with some cookies and fresh fruits. Room was super clean and thoroughly taken care. Hot water for shower was available with bathtub
