This was a stop off on the way back from Manila to watch the Grand Prix and get some sun. The hotel was amazing, lots of restaurants, excellent gym, huge pool with very comfy loungers. Staff were so nice and helpful. Good breakfast. As in most of the UAE drinks were expensive but that is the price of excellent service and weather. Would recommend this hotel for discerning couples.

Did not have the room I booked and requested several times before arriving despite confirmation several times. Hotel checkin staff were useless and nothing could be done until I lost my temper and then an appropriate room suddenly could be found. The rooms were poorly designed and the bathroom constantly had the smell of sewage. When moving furniture around there was a mountain of dust behind them. Breakfast services was slow 20 mins every morning to get a coffee and similar if you wanted eggs. The poor service was complemented by fake hospitality, broken promises of making things better and good old fashioned lies from all including the managers.

as a family of four with a newborn baby we arrived at 13:30 and our room was ready at 17:30, this is unacceptable. THe room should be available at 15:00, as we are paying for the room to be available at 15:00 and are expected to leave on time as well. The hotel is very nice, pool and beach really great also great service at the pool and great quality of food

Absolutely wonderful; there was nothing that we did not like. Book now; you will not be disappointed ***** - Rooms were huge, clean and with the most restful beds and a pillow menu!! - Hotel is close to the palaces and the view was mesmerising - Staff were fantastic and could not do enough for you - Restaurants/breakfast were aaaamazing!! we had the best food every day and the kitchen team made fresh items to order (from continental to far east- we ate Indian breakfasts every day!) - Private beach was super good with warm sea and white sand - Pool was cooler (and welcoming) with excellent service for drinks/food This is a superb hotel. Probably the best we have stayed at. Its’s worth every penny & some!! Book now and enjoy.

Beautiful hotel, the rooms wher very big and views exceptional. The service for breakfast was superb, Sofia and all the team at breakfast, made us feel very comfortable and were very attentive to our needs. Will definaterly return had a great break. Thanks to all the staff at the Conrad hotel.

The views from our room and anywhere in the hotel are spectacular, the hotel is beautiful and luxurious. Staff are super friendly and helpful, and remebered the little things we liked at breakfast, by the second day! Cannot wait to return next year.

We had an amazing stay at the Conrad! It is a grand hotel with all the facilities you could ask for and very friendly and helpful staff. Thanks to Chefs Narindra and Arjun who took care of our dietary needs and made our breakfasts feel extra special. There is a large private beach the width of the hotel and the water was warm and relaxing to swim in at this time of year. The pools were amazing too and helped to cool off from the summer heat.

a classy hotel in Abu Dhabi. Very good location and beautiful views from both towers. Service is great and many options for food. I would say that adults would enjoy more that’s children here. I’m not saying that is no friendly for kids. But just the way is build and it’s amenities arr more suitable for adults. Will recommend and will definitely be back!

Amazing hotel, arranged 9am check in as came off overnight flight for business. Staff really helpful, good restaurants and amazing gym and facilities. Can’t recommend this highly enough, will definately use again
