In my time, I have traveled to many places, including living in London for 3 years, Henann Resort Alona Beach is the best resort I have ever stayed. Exceptional service was provided by all the serving staff, this includes the security services team. Food and drink, perfection!!! Henann is very large, and most of the employees would call us by name and others called us “Villa 1”, lol. With the exception of the front desk and lobby, this was the best experience of my life. I have to call out the Sea Breeze bar, at the pools by the beach, service was beyond perfect! Every day for 2 weeks we spent most of our time, while at the resort, at this bar and pools around it. Exceptional service provided by, but not limited to: Titus, Ramon, Dhreen, Jess, Carl and the Whole team there!!! And another shout out to Daniel, JunMark, and NelJhun and the Coral Café staff for their excellent service. JunMark was nothing less than great, making sure we got a good table with a view every single day for two weeks. Not to mention, he made sure we got our potatoes!!! Furthermore, Daniel (whom we fell in love with) was such an amazing server, we never had to ask for our daily special requests, since he was on top of it every time, he knew what we wanted every morning, our cappuccinos and orange juice with ice.
