We ended up at Level as locals displaced by a lengthy power outage. The front desk staff were hit and miss for friendliness. Checking in was great but when we needed bedding for the pull out couch or additional towels for our 6 person room that came with four towels we were told to go to the front desk to retrieve them. Using the app, I was not able to find the playground or some of the other amenities such as the rock wall. The kids liked the pool enough that we didn't need to bother anyone for directions. While the room was said to have been 750 sq ft, I don't believe it- one bedroom was wall to wall bed. There was no patio furniture even though the patio was huge. I was supposed to get a free upgrade and free parking with my stay as a VIP guest but I only got the parking after asking for it. All in all, half way decent service could have made this an epic stay but instead we felt silly for spending so much on a mediocre room.

Only stayed for one night, and weren't in the room for very long, but the property seemed very nice. Check-in was a breeze. When we arrived to our room, we immediately noticed a large puddle of water in the kitchen area coming from under the cabinets. We tried to call the front desk, but the in-room phones are more difficult to solve than a Rubik's Cube. Four tech-savvy millennials (two of which are software engineers) and we could never get the handset to work, but eventually were able to dial Guest Services via speaker phone on the base. We explained the situation, and the front desk agent stated that they would send up maintenance right away. After waiting for about 35 minutes, we were starting to run low on time before we had to leave for our dinner reservation, so I went down to the front desk, and spoke to a different agent. Re-explained the situation, and they offered to have us switch rooms, which we accepted. Didn't have any maintenance issues at the other room thankfully. When we got back to the room much later that evening, I had a difficult time going to sleep because the bed was quite uncomfortable (very very firm). My friends thought the beds were ok, and the sleeper sofa was also decent. I don't know that I would stay here again because of the bed, but if you like a firm mattress, then this might be for you. Location is good, just north of Downtown. ~20 minute walk to Pike Place or the Space Needle. Plenty of restaurants nearby, and easy I-5 access.

Stayed here for a weekend trip, awesome spa with cold plunge, hot tub and sauna. Great gym facility as well. Beds were a bit firm but overall awesome stay.
