Property was dated and run down. No hot water for the entirety of our two night stay, and only compensation was a refund of resort fee. No loungers on beach. Rust on fixtures in room. Doors to bathroom were slatted (and covered in dust) so there was no privacy when using. Socks got dirty from floor, which clearly wasn’t properly cleaned. Hot tub and fire pit also not working. This property was a huge disappointment.

Our stay was pretty good. I wish the resort had some kind of sport activities (ex: ping pong table, water/beach volleyball, etc). Having several swimming pools made our stay enjoyable for adults and children. Beach at the resort wasn't so great but they are many beautiful beached in P.R. so each day we went to a different one.

Our (myself & my wife, and a friend in a separate room) whole stay experience was really good - thank you. The check-in staff were really helpful, and the parking shuttle driver was very kind. After checking in, we found a water leak in front of the room entrance door, and the front desk staff immediately assigned us new rooms and helped us relocate. The service provided for the welcome drinks, dinner and breakfast was very good.

The community was great but the rooms were outdated. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Very close to the beach. Fun pond to feed lizards and turtles. Transportation with the shuttle or rental carts. Food choices are a bit limited for those with picky palettes. The pizzas are phenomenal!

The peace this hotel brought to me this weekend was exactly what I needed, yet wasn't expecting. There were a few minor inconveniences in the room, but they were resolved quickly.

We had a good time. Although some minor issues such as the wifi not reaching our rooms, one of our rooms doors having to be slammed to close properly and the beach being unusable. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay. The staff is great. Specifically, Kayla was AMAZING by the pool. She is super personable - she deserves a raise (-;

resort itself and its community was beautiful. the golf course, beach, pool, buildings, all amazing. the hotel itself is ok…. we got a studio room and wasn’t very impressed with it. there was banging noise on the outlet by the sink. there was no electricity in our room specifically and wasn’t fixed til two days after we inquired. housekeeping was meh.. stopped making the bed for the last few days of our stay and left no extra toilet paper as well. towels restock was just left as a pile on the sink and not in their designated spots. also no restock of cups. also note that the daily resort fee is NOT INCLUDED in expedia booking so that was a bit of a surprise as we checked out, especially since it wasn’t even all inclusive. also note the wild $15 PARKING FEE for each day of stay. however staff was very friendly and welcoming. but to be honest i probably wouldn’t stay here again due to the housekeeping efficiency and the weird fees

The hotel is lovely and well-decorated, with fabulous pools, and the restaurant has delicious food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The staff at the restaurant and beach pool were so friendly. The rooms are clean but very dated. The beach is not suitable for swimming, and when we entered the beach, there were no chairs or umbrellas as promised, but it could have been because of a tropical storm the week before. My overall experience at this hotel was positive. My husband and kiddos felt relaxed and loved how accessible the Palmas Community was.

Went to Wyndham Palmas with the family, excellent hotel and great food. If you’re vegan or vegetarian then this is definitely the hotel resort for you! I’m neither of those but I was able to get healthy meals throughout my day which meant a lot for me and my family. There is no shuttle from the airport so expect to pay between $85-95 each way to the hotel and it is an hour away. The pools were both clean and I loved the swim up bar which served pina colodas, other drinks and food. There is also an outdoor wood fire grill by the pool for pizza which is made fresh! The staff at the front desk and servers at the restaurant were excellent! Every morning at 9am you awake to beautiful relaxing music. There are iguanas that roam the property freely, but don’t worry they won’t bother you. Also there are a lot of frogs that make noise at night but I really didn’t mind, it’s the Caribbean after all. The rooms were very clean. The excursions are pretty expensive though. They start at $100 and up per person. Drinks were really good here also. Cafe has really great pastries and coffee. Bikes onsite that you can ride around on. Golf carts for rent. Tennis and Pickleball Courts for an extra fee. Restaurants off site if you’d like. Overall I had a wonderful stay. 4 nights, 5 days

Staff was very nice and very responsive. Room was cleaned daily. The area is very pretty. The beach is within walking distance, but there was a lot of seaweed this time of the year (August). The hotel had staff that would bring you to different areas in a golf cart. There were multiple pools. Loved our stay and would definitely come back to this hotel

There was no toilet paper or hand wash in the bathroom upon arrival, the 24/7 transportation all depends on how busy they are. There is no food near by and every activity such as excursions are an hour or more away! The pools and bar close early, they have it advertised as feeding sea turtles daily which was a lie as well as night time somores… I was supposed to get free breakfast which was a lie was charged everyday.

Expected to stay on property. Getting around is a hassle. Staff did not really help or explain where things are. Parking over priced.

Beautiful grounds around it. Perfect if looking for quiet. Rent a car for your stay so you can move around for beaches, food, ect. Is was disappointing that there no way to heat up food/no microwave offered.
