We had a beautiful room that overlooked the lake. It was an amazing place to be. The employees were amazing, and when especially good young man from Jamaica, came to build our bonfire on the beach. It was such a memorable time.

The picture is very deceiving. Weirs beach was closed during our visit. The place we stayed was across the road from the location shown. It was clean, but next to the road and very loud. Access was ground floor which was helpful. Ice machine right outside was convenient. In room fridge very loud. We had a delicious breakfast in the restaurant

We had a great stay at the NASWA. Great music while having dinner on the beach!

The location is great but the rooms are so outdated and gross. I feel like I’m back in the 70s. $500 for a disgusting room. That should not be allowed.

Our stay at the Naswa was wonderful. The room overlooked the beach and lake and had a large balcony. I will stay there again!

The staff was very attentive and friendly!
The bathroom in the room was very clean, but the carpet turned me off a bit! It had a bit of a smell. If there was a non carpeted floor it would have felt much cleaner. We had a room with a view and enjoyed sitting on the deck.

First, the pro: Obviously, very good location right on the lake. Get out to kayak (cheap rental), have lunch right by the water, swim if you like right there, nice view of the lake from the room. Adequate parking.
The cons: The rooms are so depressing. They appear to have been furnished in 1980 and not updated. Everything is worn, knicked, gouged, and beat. The bathroom is the size of a small closet. The mirror is on odd angles, the glass blackened from being years past replacement date. The tiny TV is in an odd place on the far wall. The bed sags. The lighting is awful, and some lights don't work at all. The whole place needs a good cleaning and about a major investment. This is a 2-star run-down motel that should cost about $125/night but is $400 because it high-season.
On top of all this, it is extremely loud all weekend. Boat engines roar nonstop and old music blares nonstop right outside your little balcony all day and well into the night. If that's your thing, great, because you will have no peace and quiet until after midnight.
On balance, it could be a fit if you only care about the water and not the run-down facility. Would not return.

Great stay- not nearly as outdated as we expected but also not all sophisticated and ritzy- great comfortable place with great little beach and beachside food/drink service. Would definitely stay here again!

Property, staff, service was outstanding. The room could use some updates however it was clean, had a great view and close to the parking area.

I like the hotel location but i had 2 issues:
- check out @10am, no late check out but still check in @4pm
- the bathroom doesn’t have a changing tables for our 8month baby
Hopefully those issues get better & will go back since the hotel location in Excellent
