The property itself is amazing, beautiful decor, the rooftop was not bad. Breakfast was average, could use more variety. Dinner needed reservation of 24hr in advance so if you arrived late in the afternoon you would not be able to eat dinner. The location of the riad although very quiet but it needs a good amount of walking from the Rabat Ville Train station about 25min walk just something to consider if you have mobility issues or younger kids, it may not be the best location as cars cannot access the area, you walk through markets and narrow alleys. I was able to find the riad because I used GPS, so I think that is very important. The last night of my stay my AC stopped working but I did not bother as it was few hours before my check out. Will I stay in this Riad again ? I don't think so but it was a good experience.

Really happy with my stay at Euphoriad! The riad was very clean and the staff was welcoming and helpful. It is in a great location - super easy to walk the medina, the kasbah, gardens, etc. I only had a short stay, but would definitely stay here again if I find myself back in Rabat.

This hotel alone is amazing. It has a very authentic and traditional look, while still giving you all the modern amenities. On top of that they have a 5 star staff that will absolutely spoil you. I have a 3 week trip coming back here and I will for sure be staying here again.

Hard to access directly by car and not easy to find. A beautiful property but we found our room a bit smaller than expected. The service and the breakfast was excellent!

We had a great stay in Rabat. The hotel is beautiful, quiet and charming. The food was excellent, room was spacious, clean and beautifully decorated.
There is no AC so if that’s a problem for you, don’t stay here. Rabat is not as hot at Marrakech or Fes so you should be fine.

This is a beautifully restored and modern riad in the Rabat medina. While we did not have a ton of time to explore the immediate area, the coast is about a ten minute walk away, and the train station is less than ten minutes by taxi (the ride came to a little over 1 USD). The staff was all very accommodating, but some do not speak much English - however, everyone was very patient, and we were able to get by with a mix of English and French. The room was nicely furnished, spotless, and modern, with a beautiful, updated bathroom. Unfortunately our TV was not working, but the wifi was reliable most of the time. Free breakfast is standard but tasty continental fair (yogurt, coffee/tea, croissants/bread, fresh-squeezed orange juice). Overall, I wish we could have stayed more than one night, as this was definitely the best/most modern/cleanest accommodation we had throughout our trip to Morocco, and dinner smelled amazing!

I make over 25 trips per year for the last ten years. This place is in my top 5 places I've ever stayed!
There are only 8 rooms featuring unique design. I manage to see two of the rooms and they were gorgeous.
The amenities included everything one will need and of a luxurious quality.
The designs are moroccan but the rooms also included some automations - automatic lights and window covers, ability to create different ambience using various presents of the lights, etc. The TV was hidden but you can pop it up. Also uniquely designed modern furniture with traditional design. The modern elements didn't conflict the traditional design!
Wifi was strong and available throughout the establishment including on the roof top.
The roof top itself is unique.
The riad has elevator which should make it accessible for handicap visitors.
Lastly, the staff are amazing, friendly and catering to any special requests. They also took a good care of my friend while she fall sick for a day.
I questioned how the investment into the establishment would have paid and find out that the place was originally renovated for a private residence, then converted into a hotel.

Rabat is a lovely city brimming with great
sights (Kasbah of the Oudayas, Medina, Hassan Tower, Chellah) and this is the perfect base. Tucked away behind a doorway near the top of the Medina, Euphoriad is a magically restored riad where the customer care is as important as the impeccable design. Thank you Amina & Younes for a lovely stay (& the Moroccan breakfast on the roof is the best).

This is hands-down the most beautiful and well-designed hotel we have ever stayed in - and we travel A LOT! Originally designed as place for the owners friends to stay when visiting, it has now been opened to the public. Stunning details abound.Beautiful artwork, sculptures and traditional flair.
The staff, especially Yones, goes out of the way to make your stay incredible. Dinner was divine.
Do understand the path to the front door is not any indicator as to the quality of the property. It is down a few winding alleys off a major road but once inside you'll be blown away!

We booked the hotel expecting that there will be aircon as it was 38 degrees daily there and it was also stated in the bookings that it has air conditioner. But after checking in, we found out that our room's aircon is being fixed and the manager could not move us to another room either because they were ALL being fixed except one room, but it is already been occupied. So, it was incredibly hot during the night. I believe it wasnt right to not inform the guests about this beforehand, and definitely not worth the price we paid for if they cannot provide us with air conditioning in during the summer here. There was just absolutely no air circulation in the room, it was stuffy and hot and the linens even felt a bit wet because of the humidity.

Certainly expensive, but by far a beautifully crafted luxurious hotel. We booked this hotel for the safety purposes during travel, and it provides such. Beautiful architecture and rooms are detailed and spacious (we had to change our reservation last-minute and stayed in a junior suite instead of a deluxe). Like other reviews, the air conditioning wasn't working consistently, the Wi-Fi is spotty, and it was an average of 26 degrees in the room. Cool technology effect of being iPad-controlled, but I can imagine how difficult it would be for anyone who is not savvy. Great bed/pillows/shower, and the staff are willing to help in any way. Don't be shy; this hotel isn't the norm so you'll need to be willing to ask for help, this includes telling them about your breakfast time plans (so that they can have it ready), any desire for the hamman or massage services, wanting to eat on the terrace, room needs, travel needs, taxi needs, nearby places to eat, etc. My only complaint is the AC and Wi-Fi, but within walking distance to the medina and a short/cheap taxi ride (choose the blue taxi) to other places of interest.

there is a problem during the stay, but the staff help us very paitient and give us a very satisfied and surprised solution to us. they give us a very impressed night
If I have opportunitiy to go back to Rabat, Euphoriad must be my first choice!
the location is good, even through it is in the Medina, it is easy to find it through google map.
the manager sends me email before I went there and gave me many tips about our stay in Rabat!
I should tell everyone this riad is the most modern and impressed I ever stayed in Morocco!
the riad is old actually but the designer fix it very diligent!
I think one night in Euphoriad is too short!
