Hello. I am not really used to leave feedbacks on this platform but I feel this might be useful. Rating this hostel strictly appeals to what you really need. It is surely decently cheap for EU standards (but similar to other Cuban hostels we guested at), it is 10 min walking or even less from Downtown, crew is friendly, the restaurant it shares spaces with seems a pretty good one. On the side of this, the hostel is not really an "hostel" in the way you expect it. Our room was a door in the corridor of the restaurant, literaly in the middle of tables and eating people. Room is small, windows open right on a small eating corridor, so that beds and toilet are maybe 2 meters distance from people eating. This allows a very low level of privacy and creates potentially weird situations with restaurant customers. Toilet is small but ok, room was decently clean. Wifi worked only on-off (like it does on most places), AC was not really needed but did not work properly the second night. On that night the crew of the restaurant was also pretty loud and smoking around 11,30pm while cleaning. Not blaming any worker here but given the fact our only window was on the restaurant corridor, that did not contribute to a quiet rest. I believe it is an ok option if you just need a cheap sleeping room dowtown, unfortunately can't really reccomend it for any other purposes.
