Toilet clogged up more than 3 times. Only had one electric outlet for use behind tv and no others. No in room phone to call front desk.

It was a "good" place to stay. The bartender at the swim up bar was not very gregarious. The beach, was nice but swimming was a bit of a challenge (It was October) and there was no lifeguard. Room was "nice" The furniture dated and the sliding glass door was a little "wonky", but the AC worked really well and the bathroom was nice. Bed was comfortable. Restuarant was a bit pricey, but the restaurant across the street was amazing and affordable

The place seemed to be run down a little, the pool and beach was beautiful. But the food wasn't the best. Very salty and over cooked. The room had two very small beds and the couch was stained a lot. Bathroom was okay but shower is weird its half open so the water spills out everywhere and makes the floor soaking wet. They fine you if your too loud or if you get makeup on the towels. But overall for a cheap night stay ig wasn't completely terrible. Just not amazing.

First the good , great staff , especially the cleaning ladies , they are truly amazing, comfortable bed , spacious room with a decent view. The pool is great.
The bad , the shower sucks , no water pressure, no door in the shower , half the water ended up on the floor , facility is old , the beach is inaccessible because there are huge rocks on the shore.

I definitely would not book here ever again. The bathroom shower would leak everywhere the whole bathroom will be soaked and wet, When somebody would shower. The balcony would hold water and the floor was very slippery so anytime it would rain. The water would stay there and when I asked to be moved rooms, they told me no they can send somebody to try to fix it, so they’re solution was to tear up tiles in the bathroom to fix the problem and contact the engineer for the balcony. When I originally booked the hotel, it was gonna be just three people. My daughter decided to join us at the end. They made sure they charge me for her even though i booked 2 bed already. When you check out, you have to wait for someone to go Check on the room To make sure the room is in good condition. And when we arrive, our safety lock box didn’t even work so we had to get that changed so we had somebody in our room changing it. our balcony door didn’t even lock properly. When you get there, they explain to you all these things that they will charge extra like makeup stains or your stains the pillow anything like that. we were terrified to even try to even get the room dirty because we didn’t wanna get charged extra. Where are you? Oh, and if you rent a car, there was not enough space for parking so you just randomly leave the car in front of the valet person hopefully it doesn’t get hit by another car.

Run down. Stayed for an overnight in horrible Cancun. The apartment was superficially cleaned. When I checked the dirt underneath the beds I was disgusted.
Great service and food at the restaurant / concierge / staff.

This property is NOT worth for what you are paying. Of courses everything in Cancun is expensive, but daily rent of this poor quality property is excessively high when you compare with other hotels in the same zone

I wish I could say I loved this place, but unfortunately I cannot. There were a few lovely staff members but overall, I had an very unpleasant experience. I experienced the same almost unbearable sewage smell coming from the bathroom for all five nights of my trip even after complaining, and the room itself was not very clean. There were random stains on the couch and in the hot tub. I was harassed by the excursions company like literally harassed as I was coming out of my room each morning. I had to refuse them several times. I found ants in my food at the hotel restaurant and was still forced to pay for the item. Some of the staff were very rude. Then to top it all off, they charge me 70 pesos A check out because I left a “stain” on the face towel (like a mascara stain). And when I saw the charge and asked for it to be explained, the man who was checking me out, was extremely rude saying “I told you when you checked in, if you left a stain on the towel, I would charge you”. First, I had never seen that man in my entire stay so he specifically didn’t “tell me” anything. No one told me that if I left a stain on a towel I would be charged. I personally have never heard of such a thing and I think it’s ridiculous. The only redeeming quality about this resort is the infinity pool. I hate to leave bad reviews, but when you have an overwhelmingly bad experience, I feel it’s my duty to warn others not to waste their money. There are plenty of other places up and down the strip that

Initially we thought this would be a good hotel but we quickly realized it was not. There were so many rediculous rules for the 10 people who were there. The staff were in slo motion the entire time. The restaurant was ill prepared. Until 8am you cannot get a coffee if you tried. Every time we tried to spend our money it was a chore. Very uninspiring stay at a below average hotel. In addition you. Annoy swim in front of this hotel because of the rocks

Property needs to be more presentable. Property never answers the front desk phone or whatsapp. We are suppost to get a voucher for 2 nights and they do not answer the phone to follow up with our early check out for reimbursement.
