I didn't actually stay, I don't want to be dishonest here. I'm not actually travelling in Greece until August. I had booked my UK return flight to Athens and a variety of onward travel and accommodation. Somehow (and I'm not sure how) I managed to book everything perfectly, except this hotel, which I booked for the wrong month! I have no idea how I managed it, how at the end of booking my 21 day long expedition did I suddenly get confused between June and August; I do have PTSD following a traumatic event and trial (of a very bad person- not me, I was the victim) and this condition can lead to confusion. Within minutes of pressing confirm, I realised what I had done. I contacted Expedia straight away who were amazing, really understanding and empathetic. They reached out to the hotel and explained that I didn't want to cancel the booking, just move it to the right dates and pay the extra. Expedia told me they'd made several attempts with the hotel but that (under their terms and conditions of booking, which I accept) they were not prepared to amend my booking despite the exceptional circumstances of my PTSD and the other bookings I had made. So I lost all my money. I accept the error was mine but mistakes happen and the hotel would not have lost money, they would have made more! I'm still going to Greece in August but I'm not going to stay at this hotel or even go to Mykonos, not if the hotel owner represents the level of hospitality and empathy I can expect in Mykonos.

Only stayed for one night, so more than adequate. Room and bedding clean which was the main thing.

Stunning view from the room's balcony

It was a long walk up hill to get to hotel. Someone from another hotel called them an they did pick us up at the bottom of the hill by bus stop and beach, otherwise we would of never made it with luggage. Didn't check my sheets and in the morning found a lot of black hair on the bottom of bed (my hair is brown). Other then a long walk to beach and nothing else to do around there. If I had gotten clean sheets. I would have thought it was a cute hotel

it is very near the new port so just a nice walk away
the room was simple and clean
and there was a great view of the port and Mykinos town

Not so friendly women in the reception. She was really impolite!

There's no good structure inside room, the Wi-Fi wasn't good in the room, only in common areas.

Wasn't what I had expected. As I too am in the travel industry I couldn't believe the indifference of the staff/ owners? We felt unwelcome. Interested only in getting paid. Not what you get in other Greek islands. As it doesn't come cheap they could at least upgrade their rooms, exterior much nicer than interior as it is stuck in the era once opened. Very outdated. They need to put more soul into their business and much more effort. Unworthy of the price in high season.

Outdated. Windows rattled all night due to wind.

This is friendly kind and a perfect position for a holiday. Peaceful and unpretentious MiKronos experience. I felt I was part of their family. Very clean ideal for a single traveller with your owork balcony 10 minutes to St Stephanos beach.

Pros: close to a nice beach, clean and cool rooms with nice balconies, easy bus direct to mykonos town.
Cons: no wifi in room, few restaurants nearby. A bit tough to get to the airport.

The place is a joke, from start to finish. It was by far my worst experience in 16 years of travelling and exploring the world. It was a huge disappointment and a very frustrating experience considering the high price for the inexistent quality.
I had booked a transfer from the new port on the phone and even though I received confirmation with a somewhat good English speaker, the driver arrived 15 minutes late. That was only the start. On my arrival I was given a room with 2 single beds, which had ashtrays on each bed side tables and towels stinking of cigarette when I had booked and payed for a double bed non-smoking room. The rooms are in very poor state, worst that any cheap hostels I previously stayed in during my years of travelling. The bath towels given to me had a huge hole in it, the bathroom was not cleaned as the taps and mirror were full of water stained, the toilet full of rust and the shower square doesn't have a curtain and feel like you want to shower with your shoes on and head doesn't even stay up. The bedding feels like cardboard and you feel the springs on the very rundown mattresses. In addition to all this unacceptable state of facilities, the WIFI doesn't work in the rooms and forget about your sleep as the doors are constantly slamming due to the wind. A very rude and unfriendly staff in a poor location completes this awful experience.

If you are looking to stay in a quieter part of Mykonos, this is the area to be. The price is nice, because it is situated at the top of a semi-steep hill. So, people out-of-shape or with disabilities should take that into consideration. The staff was nice, they assisted me when I asked. There is no shuttle from the port or airport, so you'll have to catch a bus to Agios Stefanos, or call a taxi. If the taxi driver asks for more than 5-8 euros, politely decline and try another one. The rooms were clean, but there was no way for me to let the cleaning staff know that I wished the room to be left alone during my stay (I always leave the "Do Not Disturb" tag on the handle when I'm away). There was no shower curtain at all, but the risk of falling was negligible, the floor is designed to keep traction. All in all, not a bad stay if you are there for Mykonos Town. If your destination is Paradise Beach, or another of the party spots, it is very far away, expect an unacceptably long bus ride or a 20 euro cab fare.

The hotel is too overpriced it doesn't have any good facilities and goes by the old book
Ex:no wifi in the rooms; no ac in the lobby; no channels on the tv ; 10 min far from the town by car and its not easy to find a cab ;....
but the staff is too friendly and helpful.

Nice enough hotel however located well up the hill and not close to the main town. Definitely need a mode of transport to easily get around. Typical basic free breakfast included. Rooms clean.

A great beach near to hotel, just walk within 10 min.

Staff very friendly for reservation, unfortunately the rooms are not confortable, wifi service not working well, cleanliness questionable. In the word of my family, a very disappointing hotel all around. Only positive was the discounted price vs other properties in Mykonos.

Got in late but they quickly picked me up at port. Helped with bags in and out which was a blessing as I was alone with broken case. Lovely area to just walk around but far from anything. Nice terrace great stay
