Very light blanket in winter season
The heating system was not turning off (wall thermostat) , spent all night with the noise of the heating system on ..
In general the stay was overall poor , likely there is parking, that is a good think
I am not going back there

Decent area, easy to get to New York (traffic pending) $4 for bus to and from Times Square can't be beat. Rooms are nice, quiet and clean. My main complaint is with airport shuttle. They only have one shuttle running. The airtrain pulled up to the station and we saw the shuttle sitting there. He had to of seen the airtrain pull up. We get off the airtrain and the shuttle is gone. We call the hotel and they tell us he will be back in an hour. I asked why would he leave if he saw the train pull up. No response. Meanwhile all other hotel shuttles come and go 4 to 8 times before our shuttle comes back 90min later. Then when we get to our room, our meadowlands view was a giant condo. Also no coffee at 7am in lobby. To go back to the airport was also a gong show.

I couldnt turn off the AC/heater unit from the thermostat. I could not sleep because of the noise. It wasnt working to heat up the room, and later, turned off.

I would say avg. check in was fine , but there was a early check in charge for checking in at 2. They upgraded us to a suite but it was a weird layout with 24 chairs stacked on the back wall of the living room. Room was clean but the heat wasn't on when we came in.

The inside of the property looked like it was under construction, and it wasn’t!!! Front desk staff seemed liked they didn’t want to be there and weren’t very courteous. Location of the property was not in a very nice part of town.

Overall it was ok but the rooms could be cleaner. Also, their air conditioner is very loud. During the day you don’t notice it that much but during night is really bothering. It would be nice if they had anything for kids too. Some workers were not very kind.
Other than that it was easy to access the bus station to go to NY and the area is pretty safe.

Things to know: there is a club on the main floor at the end of the lounge - It is loud. The hotel is clean enough.
There was never coffee made when we went down to the lobby - it was always empty.
The hotel was very average. The carpets are pretty worn, but the hotel overall, was pretty clean.
We arrived late on a Thursday night and parking etc was well organized for us. There was a sheet and a very thin blanket on the bed, so we called down for another blanket, and it was brought up immediately.
We spent the next day in NYC, and when we arrived back to the hotel Friday night around 12:30, we could hear the boom of music. It was very loud, so by 1:00 we texted down to ask someone to ask to have it turned down. They said they would send security to investigate. By 2:00, it stopped. The following night was the same. We found out that there is a club on the main floor. We were on the 5th floor, and the music could be heard! It was so frustrating. The coffee was always empty when we went to the lobby.
Staff is very friendly.

The property had some upgrades which was nice but were poorly executed in some areas. This was minor though. The staff was okay, accommodating but I wouldn’t say they were super friendly or anything. For some reason they did not have enough small towels for my family each night. The attached restaurant was terrible for breakfast. $15 per adult for warmed up freezer meals. I would highly recommend eating somewhere else…. Overall I would only stay there again due location and price but wouldn’t be my first choice.

The place was cheap looking. I had broken furniture in the balcony. The shower dispensers were empty. Not worth the money.

The location comparing to commute time is great; the area over all not so.
1.5 / 5.0
Pros: Free parking, seems to be newer so rooms look modern, restaurant and bar attached, convenient to text front desk and get quick answers
Cons: Front desk staff very apathetic, room has a strong mildew smell, only gave two towels for a two-person, two-night stay, housekeeping only comes every 3 days, vending machines did not work, room layout is odd and offers little bathroom privacy, restaurant did not serve alcohol “this week”, attached club is loud at night and you can feel the bass from it in your room while sleeping

We booked a room with 2 queen beds and during our online check in said we would be checking in late because we would be in NYC for a show. When we showed up they had given our room to someone else and only had 1 king bed rooms available. Traveling with 2 children it was not a good night having to share 1 bed.
The people at the counter did not seem to care nor did they offer any sort of discount, explanation or sympathy just take it or leave it.
The room we stayed in was 555 and the wall placard does not have any rooms above 548 so finding the room was difficult. The placard for ice and vending is a lie sense there is no vending we had to use the one in the lobby.

This was not a great experience for me and my family I thought the out door area was for all guess. It was only reserved for upper class people not good the website shows as if available for all. I would think after spending $290.00 for 19 hrs of stay you would at least have access to outdoor space . Every hotel that I have stayed at, at least has a eating table I was subjected to eating out my lap Also the one chair that’s in the room is ripped on the edges . I will leave before my time just to get back to my own home the front room door gets stuck to the floor when you open it i truly felt this was a waist of my money that was giving as a gift if i can do all over again I will in a heart beet at different hotel. The room was very unwelcoming with a smell

After requesting my late check out for 12pm, housekeeping tried to open my door on two occasions within the 11am-12pm hour. I made a complaint to the front desk and their response was it’s been busy and there was nothing they could do. Communication between housekeeping and the front desk needs to be improved and the excuse of it being busy is unacceptable. If I’m willing to pay an extra $75 fee to stay in your hotel for an extra hour there shouldn’t be any issues.

The room was very nice and clean. The staff were very friendly. On site parking was a definite plus. The only suggestion we have is please get some luggage carts that can hold stuff without falling off. They were pretty useless.
