This stay was one of the worst experiences I have had while away. The hotel put me in a blocked room. Tried to force me to leave midstay and then double charged me. When I called the hotel about the two charges, they left me waiting for a week. After the week they told me that I had two reservations when I only had one on Expedia. They told me that they couldn’t help me with the charges. Forced me to call corporate services for Marriott when they pretty clearly messed up by charging me double. One charge being something completely different from my receipt and most likely the charge for the customers whose room I was placed in by mistake. The manager was rude during my phone call and as a Marriott member or customer in general unreasonable in the efforts to rectify the situation.

Well located 25min drive from Six Flags New England near a few restaurants. Daily breakfast was tasty with a good selection. Little downside is that the EV chargers are only for Teslas.

We had a room for 7 day stay, first room had a horrible smell, we lasted two nights, then asked for a room change, changed from a room with an oven to a room without, therefore ended up spending more on eating out, the second room appeared to have some mold or treated previously mold in the bedroom, one washing machine took three dollars while the others where two dollars, all and all we are planning to come back to CLI next year but will be using a different hotel.

The room was not set up well. The bed was right next to the bathroom. The outlets for charging were across the room from the bed which was inconvenient. The bathroom and sink area should have been one enclosed space with a door. In addition, the cleaning staff ignored the “do not disturb” sign and knocked and tried to come in at 8:30am. I told them the room wasn’t ready to be serviced and they should come back after we checked out at noon. A second cleaning person knocked on the door again at 10:15 and said we only had until 10:30pm to check out, despite check out being noon. I called the front desk to confirm and she said check out was indeed at noon and none of the cleaning staff should be knocking on a door with a “do not disturb” sign. I am not sure why any of that happened but it was quite irritating.

Just did a quick overnight in the area. The hotel was extremely clean and staff were pleasant. The rooms are huge and the breakfast was great. Really comfy mattress and great large, walk in shower. Walking distance to several restaurants.

Very pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel, customer service was great. Kiddos were a bit disappointed there were no make your own waffles.. do wish they had a covered entryway since it was a down pour when we unloaded the car.

Pet fee is outrageous! Two people stay for $179 & an 8 lb. dog is $150! What’s up with that? You lost a family’s business with that decision.
