The Inn is in a prime location which is great! Unfortunately the elevator was out of service. Asking for someone to help me carry my bag up several flights to my room was an inconvenience to the front desk clerk. And further, the front desk personnel were unfriendly at best, rude at worst. The Inn could be wonderful. But the reality is that it is not!

A wonderful stay!! The staff are very pleasant, helpful and always had a smile! The room was spacious, well furnished and pretty clean. (A little dusting needed in a couple areas but for the most part clean). The iInns restaurant is beautiful with terrific service and the food was excellent. The area is quiet, but with shopping opportunities within walking distance. I recommend this Inn and will stay there again if the opportunity arises.

Room was spacious, clean and comfortable and the beds were heavenly! Every staff member we encountered was friendly and gracious. Smiles are worth everything these days and they were abundant! I hope to have the opportunity to stay there again.

A lovely place to stay- my sister and I had a bridal shower in media so it was an ideal location
Excellent service at front desk by Simone and Cathy in housekeeping
Only negative was the rate for out of season- thought it should have been less expensive- the inn was virtually empty

Lovely Inn in a great location in Swarthmore if you are looking at the school or just visiting. Quiet, comfortable rooms with all you need, great restaurant and breakfast was lovely. Staff attentive and unbeatable location. Would highly recommend and return

Stayed in a king size room very large and comfy room. The bed was comfy but on the shorter side my husband whom is 6 foot tall just fit on the bed, if any taller his feet would of dangled off.

The mattress was AWFUL. Terrible nights sleep. Had friends staying In additional rooms, they had the same experience. Woke up sore and exhausted after a long long night of attempting to get comfortable. Everything else was great. The beds are god awful.

Overall grear although the elevator was out and that was a problem for my 75 year old father who has a bad hip. Rooms are clean but a bit dated. Staff was friendly. Parking was super easy.
