I didn't know that there were rooms up 3 flights of stairs. I'm 76 years old and going up the stairs with luggage was not convenient. Also the bathtub was nice, but again it was not convenient getting in and out of the tub.

Lovely warm feeling property with endless charm.
Much better and more memorable than a chain hotel.
Currently on road trip from San Francisco to LA and this stay has been the best so far.
Thank you.

We had a lovely stay at the Bath Inn. The Inn was beautiful and peaceful. It is a few blocks away from the action in Santa Barbara, but that made it more quiet and relaxed.

I had been years prior and came back after almost 7 years, now under the new owners and there were some clear changes from the prior trips. However, I was so happy to see Vicky was still there because she is the absolute best! Rooms are quite pricey for what you get but you are paying the extras (wine and sadly no cheese hour, baked goods, delicious breakfast). Parking is tight in the lot but grateful it was included. The neighborhood is quiet and lovely but quite a walk from the beach. Highly recommend renting the e-bikes through the city to get around! Overall, we had a nice stay but miss the old Bath Street Inn.

Staff were great and property charming. We had to leave early one morning to catch a ferry to the Channel Islands and they made us a special delicious breakfast bag we could take with us. The breakfast we had the next day at the Inn was wonderful and the afternoon cookies a nice welcome back after our days of enjoying the Santa Barbara area. Great place to stay!

This is our third time at the Bath Street Inn and each visit has been great. The breakfasts are delicious and the property is maintained and well cared for. There is parking on site. The PM wine and cookies are an added bonus!

The common areas and rooms are very clean. Staff is kind and friendly. The breakfast could have more low-carb items such as eggs and cheese as suggestion.

This B&B has 12 rooms in two structures. Some rooms are on the third floor which could be a challenge for seniors . The location is good and the staff is excellent. There is ample parking on the grounds. We only had breakfast but it was very good.

The rooms were more worn, unsightly air conditioner, wallpaper, than in the photos online.

Nice old quaint place with a comfy bed and shower. It was a nice overall stay but if I’m staying at a Bed And Breakfast I want the breakfast to be gourmet …. I want fresh squeezed juice , homemade jams and fresh yogurt and nice breads , not just jeneric stuff I can buy. I want to smell the cookies at 4pm for cookie hour and I want to see some cheese and meats at wine hour ….. that’s why I stay at these places and they failed a bit on this part but the quiche with potato rösti was very nice.

The room is great. It is so interesting how they made everything fit into a compact room but it doesn’t feel small.

Self check-in using a key-pad. We were on the 3rd floor, the "Summer Room", narrow staircase but OK.
The whole Inn feels very "Santa Barbara", nice. Clean, daily room service. The bathroom is pretty small, shower was good, with shampoo, lotion etc all there. Windows had screens, and it was quiet enough in this neighbood to keep windows open overnight. Parking in the back of the building is very helpful, since street parking is hard to come by.
Breakfast was Yoghurt with a granola, bowl of fresh fruit (berries,...), and a Quiche or other such freshly baked item. Very tasty, very filling. Good coffee.
They have a happy hour with free wine, appreciated by us and our 2 guests. They also baked various cookies (awesome!).
Staff/host are all nice people. Overall, a nice B&B experience.
