There was a lot of bad reviews about this hotel, but there’s realistically nothing wrong with it. The lady working the front desk was super nice, she called the room making sure I was OK after check-in. There’s lots of restaurants and shopping right across the road. The parking lot is very well lit, and you can see most of the parking lot from the rooms. Definitely not the fanciest hotel, but for the price it’s very comfortable and renovated.

I recently stayed at the Ramada, and while the accommodations were decent, my experience with the billing process has been extremely frustrating. The hotel double-charged me for my room, and despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, I still haven't received a refund for the extra amount.
I understand that mistakes can happen, but the lack of timely action and communication from the staff is unacceptable. I've provided all the necessary information to address the problem, yet I keep getting vague assurances with no follow-through.
While the hotel itself was satisfactory, this ongoing issue has left a sour taste and overshadowed my stay. I can't recommend this place to anyone until they improve their customer service and ensure their billing practices are accurate and fair.

I was a little disappointed when I pulled in as it wasn’t a nice looking building but front staff was efficient and friendly and when I got to my room, it was clean and modern, with a comfortable bed.

I had a great stay! It was recently renovated so I'd say not to look at the reviews before July. The room was spotless and the clerks were really nice. Though, it wasn't super soundproof so I could hear the plumbing, but nothing that could stop from sleeping. I would stay again

Our room was nice and clean. Staff friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was yummy with 2 eggs any style, 2 meat options of bacon, sausage or ham, really nice hashbrowns and toast, coffee and tea.
The hotel is in renovation mode. Our room was updated and very clean with a good size fridge, TV, wifi, comfortable beds and pillows, a good supply of shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap, a blow dryer and very soft white towels.
The hallway carpet had not yet been done and was dirty but will be replaced soon and I am sure it will look just as nice as the room.
The parking lot is dirt, potholes and broken blacktop. Hopefully that will also be upgraded.
We would stay here again.

The first room we were in flooded while we were sleeping so they moved us to a second room where half of the wall sockets didn't work the heat controls in the room didn't work so it was so ungodly hot that we needed to open a window but the problem with that is theres no window screen and it was close enough to the floor that anyone could just crawl in and the bad neighborhood the hotel is in means theres a decent chance that some drug addict could see the open window and stumble in oh and the second room we were in had no kitchenette like the first one did and someone was drilling all night do not stay here ever

I've chosen this place a few times to visit my boyfriend due to its affordability, but each visit reveals a worsening condition. Considering the multiple large holes in the walls and ceiling, I've decided not to stay here again.. additionally- the bathroom was gross, not cleaned well at all. It sounded like the person in the room above me was dismembering a body, and the window was broken so I felt unsafe sleeping at night
