Great hotel once settled in but there was a communication break down about the lack of on site staffing after 5PM. Be aware that nobody is at work here other than 9-5 business hours, and it took me hours to get someone on the phone to provide parking and WiFi login information. The remainder of my trip was lovely, but this was a very rocky start.

Super cute interior, access is a bit tricky (finding the room at night on own). Location is great to beach, bars, cafes, etc.

Great hotel where you get a mini flat with kitchen and living room. It felt a bit luxurious with the interior. Loved the shower and the soap smelled amazing! The toilet was so comfortable with a heated seat, and it was great to have a kitchen including dishwasher. Would love to stay here again!

Loved staying here! Super cute room with lots of little comforts. Perfect for a weekend getaway or even a longer stay due to the kitchen features. Bathroom had alot of upscale features which we enjoyed. Comfortable bed and even a small outdoor sitting nook. Perfect location as it sits between the bay and the beach both only minutes to walk too. Close to restaurants as well. Will definitely be back again.

The unit was clean and well organized. Loved the old school fridge and appliances. Also loved the heated fancy toilet as well as the balcony with seating abs fire pit. Will definitely recommend!

This was hands down is one of the nicest places I have stayed at in Mission or Pacific Beach!! And I’ve been going to this destination vacation place for 35 years. Beautiful spacious room/s, modern, clean, safe, affordable $$, comfortable, quiet, near everything hotel was a pleasure to stay at. Nestled between the beach and the bay as advertised. I had the best of both! Except tons of parking- but honestly- that was never a problem either. We always came back and there were 1-2 spaces waiting for us. And in a place known for having little parking that was huge. Oh and check in / out was a breeze too! The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, can opener/ bottle opener, bar glasses/ set, silverware, serving utensils, glasses, cups bowls and plates. Dishwasher, coffee maker, college sized fridge with freezer, A/C and Heat if you needed it. My room also had a fire pit on the patio. My friend’s room had a 2-4 person hot tub!! All clean and in good working order too! I would absolutely recommend this hotel to a friend! And I have made plans to come back next year too! This is without a doubt my new favorite place to stay while in San Diego while at the Beach/ Bay!

Parking was rough. The toilet started leaking/flowing our last morning and flooded our bathroom and went into the living room. We had just woken up so we had to get out quick. The front desk guy was helpful and tried to soak the water. We never heard from management. My kids had to use the bathroom at a local coffee shop. Not entirely sure what happened. Kinda inconvenient.

We truly had the best stay here. The location was perfect, the staff was friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean with modern appliances and decor. Parking was also extremely easy. Would definitely stay here again :)

the rooms are updated and trendy. Great location to walk to the beach and the bay. I woke up on my last 2 days of a 5 day stay to power grinders on metal and legit sledgehammers at 8 am. If I had some communication from the hotel to expect it, I would have appreciated it. I am optimistic this hotel is going to be wonderful when it is complete with renovations but as luck would have it- my stay was inconvenient. There was only one roll of toilet paper so ask for another early before you run out if you are staying or longer than a day or 2. Also, the cabinets over the toilet are WAY too big and have little to no additional amenities in them- shocked my daughter and I do not have concussions for how many times we whacked our heads on the cabinet over 5 days and in the middle of the night.

By far the cutest hotel I’ve ever been to. Booked last minute for my mother and I and do not regret it at all! Brianna was so helpful and amazing with accommodating us to check in before the set arrival time. Definitely recommend coming back soon! Absolutely loved our stay. Thank you Brianna!

Great location - coffee shops, restaurants, beach, and bay were all right around the corner. There are some fun bars that are walking distance too! Room was VERY nice and bed was super comfortable. We had no issue with parking. It is "motel style" with doors accessible from the street - I did not love that but there is a smart lock on the door and I brought an extra lock to ease my mind a little. Overall - great stay in a lovely place. Location cannot be beat!

Amazing place with all brand new modern appliances. Everything was great, but just make sure to ask how to use the door key pad. It’s not intuitive. Outside of that, great location in close proximity to lots of good restaurants and shops.

I loved this hotel. Convenient to everything, room was amazing, and they were prompt and responsive when I texted to let them know the stove wasn't working, they came and fixed it at the time I requested. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that there were renovations going on, and while the noise didn't bother me, the fact that there were men on ladders working alongside our patio so we had no privacy during the day out there. I was traveling with my two daughters so I wasn't super comfortable with that. Otherwise, I have nothing bad to say. I will definitely stay here again and recommend to people I know.

It was an expensive hotel! They are under construction. The work crew has a party before (7:30am) and after work (5pm) right outside out door. And at 8am the drilling, sanding, etc., began and lasted all day. It was thus dirty and noisy. All of this inconvenience is fine, but we paid top dollar. The staff was very kind, but I would not stay again unless the price was lowered. It is in the heart of north mission beach, which is super convenient, but also super busy and noisy.

We loved that it’s right next to the beach and about 20 min or less from anything else in any direction. The room itself while small felt very spacious, clean and very luxurious. Excellent amenities like a full size refrigerator, stove top, and dishes to utilize made feeling at home extremely easy. The bathroom was one of the nicest I’ve stayed in. I’d prefer a few more towels than what was provided but otherwise felt very comfortable. Would 10/10 stay again and again.

A work in progress. But a contemporary, thoughtful work it is. The bathroom alone was worth the stay. A well appointed kitchenette. Luxurious mattress. 600 thread count sheets. A lovely little patio. They are still tying up loose ends. Easy to overlook with so many positives in play.

The hotel is under construction while the finished rooms are nice and a good location demo and construction start very early. We are talking table saws and sledge hammers. I also had a metal pole fall on my car. My daughter happened to be outside and see it happen or we would not have been told while I watched several people on the crew walk by and try to rub the scratch out. Getting ahold of anyone at the hotel is difficult because there is no office it’s under construction. I spoke to someone after 5 calls and they did nothing. People on vacation with family should be aware that the hotel is under construction and that there are potential hazards and you will be woke up by heavy construction

This is a truly hidden gem of a hotel. Completely unexpected bespoke quality in a hotel that is a “blink and you’ll miss it.” Staff was exceptionally kind, the rooms are as well thought out and comfortable as any in much more expensive properties. Would come back to Mission Beach just for this hotel. Oh, and there’s the part where its about a 60 second walk from the beach on one side and the bay on the other.

Upon arrival we walked around the building 5-6 times just to try and find our room which I was told was "303" but there were no rooms listed with numbers that high. So eventually we tried room "3" since that portion of the building looked to be the only habitable part of the property. When we used the code provided to our assigned room we found someone else's belongings already in the room. Called the hotel operator as there is no front desk at all and although the woman was pleasant she definitely acted as if it was no big deal. luckily they were able to quickly assign us to another room. But at this point we were concerned that our own room would be misassigned again and someone else would gain access to our room during our stay. The room itself was clean and very nice however I still couldn't get totally comfortable with the nagging feeling that someone might come in.
