We’ve stayed many times before and it’s always a wonderful experience. Staff is kind and helpful. Amenities are great. We always get a suite because we have a daughter and it’s more than enough room for us to be comfortable.

Very nice, clean and beautiful.

Bottom floor restaurant/bar closed long term. Rooftop bar closed three days a week so nothing was open while I was there except coffee shop. Disappointed. Recommend the rooftop bar & restaurant at the Brut Hotel which was open. Extra charge for late check-out despite not being close to full.

The room was beautiful, very quiet. The bedding is luxurious and the bedroom was very dark and restful.

This time our room was set up where the bedroom was far from the bathroom. Didn’t particularly care for that. I do love the hotel and that check out is at noon.

Gorgeous hotel. Staff at the desk is very friendly. Super disappointed we could not go up to the bar because of a private party.

Our trip was amazing. The staff was so helpful and it was a great boutique hotel experience. Really loved the historic detail and the lobby was gorgeous! Starbucks onsite was a great addition. Keurig in the room with Starbucks k-cups! Real coffee mugs provided and great toiletries. Our room has guest robes which was a beautiful touch.

Love the Mayo Hotel! More like an apartment feel, than a hotel room. Modern and clean.

So disappointed that the restaurant was closed really pit a damper on our trip as the website didn't state this ( we were there to celebrate our 25th anniversary). Also the rooftop bar is not open on Monday or Tuesday another disappointment. Otherwise the hotel was stunning and really liked it.

They had PLENTY of open rooms, but, I am pretty sure it is because it was an Expedia-booked room, we got a GREAT view of a parking lot and the wall of the building next door.

After driving 12 hours we were looking forward to our stop at The Mayo. It was easy to get to off the highway and valet was ready to assist as we pulled up. It’s an old hotel with beautiful bones but lacking in decor of the period, feeling drab and almost Russian 70’s era instead. Unfortunately we were on the second floor with a view of a construction site parking lot where a yelling match between two people took place in the middle of the night, waking us up. We were most looking forward to a visit to the rooftop bar and a drink but when we asked about it at check-in we’re told it’s only open Wednesday - Saturday. We ended up walking to a restaurant a few blocks away. If you like a dark room to sleep in the bring your eye mask, an exterior light shines right into this room. The bed was comfortable but firm and the AC worked great although it was as loud as a window unit. We ate breakfast at the cafe in the lobby since the restaurant was also closed and it was disgusting. The egg, cheee, bacon sandwich had a funny taste and the banana bread was hard and stale as a brick. I should have known that because all the pastries were just sitting out in a glass enclosed case getting stale. Even Starbucks doesn’t do this. Overall not a great stay and would not recommend.

Nice clean spacious room. Only complaint was the restaurant wasn’t open due to remodeling. Secure parking requires a $30 per night valet fee. Otherwise you’re on the street.

It was very quiet and we felt safe. We were so impressed that every staff member everywhere they were so pleasant and happy. This generally means there's great management from the top down. You don't know we see that. Hope to return soon!! 🙏🙏
