We stayed here while “escaping” a hurricane hitting Cancún (which, unfortunately, at some point also seemed destined for Mérida). . This was a great place to be in such circumstances. On a normal day it would be a good place to stay in Mérida, but we were impressed by the measures they took to keep operations going and their customers safe in the face of an upcoming storm. We would stay here again.

Hotel is on the North side of Merida, lots of ahopping close by and the staff here are fantastic, incredibly positive and willing to help with anyrequest if they can. First class staff.

especially in the bathrooms of the rooms. The cleanliness of the rooms is poor. The beds are fine, the pillows are uncomfortable. The room smelled bad. Breakfast is not included and the buffet option is expensive. For this price there are better hotels in the area. I would never go back.

Stayed at this hotel for 6 nights. The hotel has a pool and gym which are nice. Not very big but serve a purpose. Service is good although a bit of a challenge unless you speak Spanish. Asking questions or ordering food can become a touch long-winded due to this. The hotel is classified as 4 stars but the room I stayed in was 3 star at best. Anywhere you looked you could see some sort of damage to the room. Chipped wood on the wadrobe, lose amenities on the walls. Even the canopies at the pool had rips through them. The tiles at the pool were damaged or chipped. Just anywhere you looked the condition of the hotel left something to be desired. In fairness this may be the norm in Mexico. All in all, a decent stay, food at the restaurant was decent and plenty of choice. Not sure I would stay here again out of choice but for a business trip it was adequate.

The hotel is pretty and with well maintained looks, everything was clean and staff was courteous. However the beds in our rooms were terribly uncomfortable, the sink of the bathroom is outside the bathroom so it creates a bit of a hassle when using the bathroom. The worst was that the elevators are really tiny, they only had two and one was out of order, so having to wait around for a single tiny elevator in a 7 stories building is frustrating and stressful with COVID since the elevator was always incredibly crowded.
