It started terrible. First, the hotel says there’s parking on-site. They do not have parking. Then I get to the room, the HVAC was loud and unbearable, & too cold to not turn it in. The TV wasn’t working. The kitchen faucet came loose. All the street noise is awful.
But the staff kindly offered a smaller, much quieter room with a warm HVAC and a good TV. The maintenance person showed me the room, and all of them checked that I was happy.
The bartenders at Cicala were so welcoming.
It ended up being a great trip.

This hotel/ apartment is an absolute gem. Amenities are an understatement. It has everything you could possibly need. The staff are so helpful and This is my second stay here because I was so pleased the first time. We stay here whenever we are seeing a concert at the Met.

I really appreciated the customer service both in the evening got check in as well as check out. Very friendly and informative both instances. Our room carpet was really wet due to fresh shampoo i assume. Reservation was for double beds but given a room with only one bed so my colleague and i had to sleep together, weve been friends for 10 years so not an end all… the front desk was extra kind but there were no other rooms available we were accommodated in such a kind way. Annoying that the floor was wet it made my barefeet sticky but i washed them and wore shoes while in the bedroom. I still would recommend your hotel to stay. It was so special.

What an amazing place to stay! My "room" had a living room, kitchen area, bedroom, bathroom, and washing machine. The arched windows and lighting added style. He reception desk was super helpful in helping me order a taxi and then given traffic, direct me on how to use the subway. The subway stop is literally across the street! I hope to come back with my husband for a longer visit.

I always find great places in Philly for a great price and the Mint House was no exception. The rooms are set up like apartments and are very spacious and comfortable. Check-in was quick and I was able to check-in early. It is right off of the orange line, so a very convenient ride to the Amtrak station from the hotel.

The room was incredible. Under different circumstances I would have loved this hotel. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. However I needed to come and go from the hotel in my car the available parking garage was quite a distance away. Any time I needed to move luggage I would have to walk 10 min to get my car and bring it back to the property to load my luggage. AND parking was $25/day. Really not worth the inconvenience.

Classic old style building is renovated and modernized. Lobby is stunning with current upgrades and decor to apt. rooms. Our city view one bedroom had view of tops of skyline including iconic William Penn on City Hall dome. ! mile walk on Broad Street to historic City Hall. Grocery, Starbucks, Planet Fitness and restaurants within 1 to 2 miles or less. Street parking available on Broad and in adjacent neighborhood. Generally felt safe but it is busy city area. Relatively quiet but again, it's a very busy city environment though adjacent to very nice hi rise apt building, Aldi's and Fairmont neighborhood homes.

Parking is nonexistent don’t trust listing details. There is no city view unless you are VIP, I guess. King bed is queen at best. Listing details felt inaccurate but 2.5 block walk to the Met made all the other shortcomings forgivable.

Hotel itself is very nice, but location is in a rough neighborhood. Terrible street noises. Biggest issue: parking is three blocks away, we got a $12 voucher towards a $60 parking charge!

The location was perfect and we did not expect the room to be a complete live-in, meaning it had everything we needed, even a laundry machine and a fully functioning kitchen. I would love to return to stay here again. I was a bit skeptical when pre-check in required driver’s license and a background check but it was a pleasant and a safe stay.

The 2 bedroom unit was clean and really big, nice views. But the recommended parking was four blocks away…it was incredibly inconvenient.

This was a nice stay. The lobby had a couple dining options I did not try. There were two marble staircases on either side of the main desk which were cool. The building is. Wry old but in great shape. The place was modern and had lots of natural lighting in the room. The kitchen was full of dishes and things to cook if you choose. There was an Aldi right next door with inexpensive groceries.
The place was clean and white so it looked modern. The bed was comfortable. They had soap and shampoo etc for you in pumps. I had 706 which faced a side street and an apt building with a roof top terrace which was nice. I had a city view and heard no noise except a couple fire trucks.
I would stay again if I am going to a show at The Met. Parking was about three blocks away. I did not want to walk around at night but felt ok returning from the concert with the crowds. Daytime I walked to the main areas and used rental bikes which are found throughout the city.

No parking, very hard to find, staff would not answer the phone, singage that identifies the hotel not visible, did not share that the hotel was under a subway station and that there would be motorcycle /atv riders riding there motorcycles. Had to walk 4 blocks after I found parking in the rain in a dangerous neighborhood. Took 5 minutes for the staff to buzz me in. Absolutely horrible experience.
