Per the booking the Hotel came with free onsite parking... While checking in we were told by the front desk lady hotel didnt own any of the parking. at which point they pointed at a 3rd party parking attendent at which looked to be the parking lot of the hotel... Felt like I was staying at a Motel 8 and not a Sheraton.

Falsely described free parking. The parking is not free. It is cash only and the shady people collecting the parking fees don't even offer receipts, which is illegal. They provide hand written notes.
Further, the staff is not well trained, they discuss guests, and overall the service is quite poor.
The hotel is new and looks nice. The street in front of it is super dirty, with spilled garbage everywhere.

New hotel with decent and clean interior. Untrained and unprofessional staff. Falsely advertised free parking that only works with cash and doesn't even bother to provide receipts. Dirty and stinky, trash-littered street in front of the hotel.

We spent 1 week there with breakfast included.
Room with balcony / seaview.
Breakfast was really good, just make sure you arrive a bit early, before 09:00
Room was very nice, large shower, great bed and large tv.
Aircond could have been better in the room, in the halls there where no aircond.
We spent 4 days in the gym, all Techno Gym exercise equipment, so thumps up. We met 6 people there all week....so not very crowdy.
There is also an indoor swimming pool nearby the gym but it looks unfinished, especially the outdoor area outside.
Outdoor pool was clean, despite seagulls arriving during breakfast........one time they entered one of the tables :(
Easy to get sunbeds beside the outdoor pool.
Pricing at the poolbar is redicules.... 10 bulgarian lev for a RedBull. And off cours you are not allowed to bring drinks from outside.
The staff seem very inexperienced.
Be aware of scamming taxi drivers. We paid 100 Lev arriving from Burgas and 140 Lev returning to Burgas.
Tip : agree price in advance
If you have not been to sunny beach....be aware, it`s a noise area and extremely crowded.
Sunbeds at the sea, cost between 26 and 30 Lev for a pair.
If you want the spot closest to the water.....you need to arrive befor 07:15

Beautiful and clean property, convenient location on the beach and near buy shopping, restaurants. The front desk staff are very nice and helpful. The only problem we have is the parking. No parking available and we got a parking ticket with in 5 min just to check in to the hotel.

Sheets were changed just once in 7 days. When came back from beach at 4 room still wasn’t done. Breakfast was good and close to the beach.

Start with the pros:
Central/near beach
Pool area quiet during the day if that’s what you enjoy, as we do
Renovated beautifully
Comfortable beds/duvets/pillows
Bar and maid staff very nice
Cons:
They need to change their Expedia page via the parking situation, it is NOT included as it states multiple times and it is fairly expensive. We were not happy about the unexpected charge. Also the parking is quite unprofessional for an accommodation of this kind, it is privately owned and we initially thought we were being scammed upon arrival and had to check with reception.
The check in process was long, with several people being trained at once, which is completely fine as it has new staff, however one younger lady with glasses was extremely rude and short with us even though we were patient, upbeat and in good spirits. Thankfully the bellhop was helpful in telling us information about our room that she couldn’t be bothered with.
Housekeeping not consistent and sometimes they don’t even come even if you indicate that you need it.
The A/C wasn’t working.
The fire alarm went off twice.
And what on EARTH is that god awful noise that happens every night in room 417?? Plumbing maybe?
It was okay for what it was. Hopefully they get a handful of things resolved as they are still new.

We stayed here fir one night of our 4 day holiday. I wish we stayed here for all 4 days. The hotel is newly opened after renovation probably. Everything is 4-5 star quality. The room is comfy. Bed and pillows are excellent. The aircon works fine. The lobby is spacious and luxary. Staff are friendly. The pool is nice size.
