Suite Number One--Travis Suite - Enter the Travis Suite, one of six Refurbished Historical Landmarks at McKenzie Guest House. Originally built in 1907, this charming establishment holds a rich history of welcoming travelers from near and far. On the ground floor, a comfy living room with a queen sleeper sofa awaits, accompanied by a 55-inch smart TV blending seamlessly into the historic charm. Spanning across two stories, this cherished suite not only offers upgraded amenities but also exudes a distinct personality. Ascend the winding spiral staircase to find solace in the queen-size bed, with access to a spacious walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom complete with a tub/shower combination - a perfect haven for relaxation after a day of exploration. Outdoor lovers can step out onto the covered terraces on both levels.
Suite Number Two-Marble Falls Suite, This tranquil suite is located on the second floor and will accommodate up to four guests. This sanctuary boasts a sleeping alcove and a sleeper sofa, promising restful nights of comfort.
In the living area, immerse yourself in the 55" smart TV and the comfort of a queen-size sofa bed, inviting relaxation and cherished memories. The kitchen, adorned with a three-person bar and equipped with all the necessary cookware, beckons the culinary enthusiast. Find serenity in the embrace of the king-size bedroom, while the bathroom, accessed through a charming reclaimed barn door, offers a tub/shower combination, inviting you to unwind after a day of adventure. -These charming suites are part of a shared building, each offering its own unique ambiance and amenities. Additionally, for those seeking a collective experience, all six units can be booked together, providing a perfect setting for family reunions, group getaways, or intimate celebrations amidst the historic charm of the McKenzie Guest House.
-The main building, standing tall as the original two-story hotel, once provided respite to stagecoach travelers and offered lodging and meals for the modest sum of 25 cents!
-Your AirBnB charges will NOT include your pet fee of $150/per pet/ per stay (plus tax) with a limit of one per per unit. If this home allows pets at the time of booking and you have included any pets in your folio at checkout, a $150/pet fee (plus tax) will be required to pay separately to the property management company prior to check-in.
-1 dog is welcome in this home per unit. No other animals are allowed without specific SunnyDays approval.
