With all the creature comforts and modern needs well met, enjoy a light-spilling stone-topped chef’s zone ready to serve and socialize. There’s an open-plan dining and living, seamlessly extending to a huge undercover deck and vine-covered pergola for outdoor entertaining, whilst enjoying the picture-perfect lakeside views. And you even have access to the lake via your own private jetty.
This very accessible house is laid out on one level, having 3 good sized bedrooms, all with built-in wardrobes and features an ensuite to the master.
For extra space, enjoy a cosy second lounge inviting a calm space to curl up with the latest bestseller, by day, and get ready to settle in for movie-marathons, by night.
Enjoy other quality features include big screen TVs, Wi-Fi internet, Netflix, timber floating floors in hallways and living area.
**Please note: Garage is not available for guest use.
For water activities, there’s 2 kayaks, 1 wave ski, 2 SUP (standup paddleboards) - brand new, available for guest use (with 2XXL, 1 XL, 1 large, 1 medium, 1 small life jackets) plus a jetty!

The beds will be freshly made for guest arrival with sheets, pillowcases, and quilt covers. Bath towels, mats, hand towels, and tea towels are all supplied.
100% Pet-Friendly
This property is 100% pet-friendly, and your well-behaved pets are welcome indoors. The property has 90cm pool fence in the rear with child safe pool gate latch.
**Pease note: Dogs on a leash are permitted on all lakes and beaches. Unfortunately, they are not permitted in the water.
Extra Guest Charge:
Our standard rate is for 2 guests only. Please note that an additional fee will apply $22 per person per night in excess of 2 guests.
Note: If an extra guest after 2 is staying for 1 night only, it's $44 for 1 night.
Please note that this property doesn't accept Schoolies Booking.
Party / Events Fee: $200 per occurrence
Late Night Disturbance Fee: $200 per occurrence
Smoking Fee: $200
Please take note that this does not include any amount to any damages that you may incur if you violate any of our house rules. We do not allow parties, events and smoking at the property.
