This well-appointed studio, accessible to people with reduced mobility, includes:

You'll love its practicality and brightness.
For a pleasant stay, you'll have everything you need: wifi, washing machine, coffee machine, oven, microwave, hairdryer, fan, iron, refrigerator, etc. Fast Wi-Fi is available throughout the studio. Please note that bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
Please note that this accommodation is located in a strictly residential building. We kindly ask you to respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood, particularly by avoiding excessive noise, especially in the evening and at night. We aim to ensure your stay is enjoyable while maintaining a calm environment for the residents.
The studio is ideally located:
- Corentin Celton metro station (line 12) is the closest, just a 10-minute walk from the studio, which is also accessible by bus.
- Bus lines 126 and 189 stop just 50 meters away, with service every 5 to 10 minutes (Place du Maréchal de Lattre de Tassigny stop).

A Carrefour City is nearby for your shopping needs, and a Franprix offering a wider choice is located near the park. For fresh produce, visit the large covered market in Vanves on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays (8 a.m. to 1 p.m.), located 300 meters from the studio at 16 Rue Sadi Carnot. There's also an artisan baker 150 meters from the studio, on Place du Maréchal de Lattre de Tassigny, next to an excellent Thai restaurant, Siam Square.
During your stay, you can enjoy :
- The Frédéric Pic park for relaxing walks in the open air or for a run, with its magnificent gardens and the village of Saint-Remy and its church.
- Authentic French bistro-style dishes at Le Petit Vanvéen restaurant.
