Such a cute place, and the hosts were MORE than accomodating. We had 5 people and plenty of room, plenty of ammenities and so much to do! The pool experience with the hot tub combo is more than you'll expect at a tiny home and kept the kids happy for hours after a beautiful hike in the mountains. Will stay here again for sure, a cozy home away from home!!

Had to call to get the code to watch tv called in the morning and finally got the code around dinner time and the pool and hot tub had to be cleaned before use and had alge in it

Overall, a great place to stay. House was cozy, included several amenities as advertised, in a great location, and provided a decent amount of privacy within the gated community. Our only complaint was that certain areas of the house/property were not particularly clean when we arrived (e.g. the pool, some of the bedding, bedside tables, etc). The thermostat and AC unit in the bedroom was also broken when we arrived, but we did not report the issue so the management company may not have been aware.

Arrived at the property half hour after check in time only to find the battery operated lock did not turn when code was entered. I contacted the guest contact and spoke with a lady and she stated that she knew about the issue and she would head over. A half hour went by and still no one. The rental company than contacted me via cell to see if there was anything I needed. I explained I was still waiting on the porch and we really needed to use the bathroom. She called back two more time stating the other lady I first contacted was not replying back to her. Later two guys in a white truck showed up asking if I had a charger for the lock of the door. They fixed it and we got inside. We waited 2 hours on the porch to get in. We were only offered dinner reservations on the owner dime to compensate for the 2 hour wait but after we just drove 12 hours to get there the idea of going out to dinner slimy and not showered was not on our list of things to do. The rental property never bothered to call back at all to make sure we got in ok. I would like to be compensated for my time wasted, since the owner was going to pay for dinner why not just refund us some of the money we paid for a property I had to wait 2 hours to get into.
The entire stay the door would lock on us the minute we closed it. We had to carry around this cord when we left and prayed the door would unlock.
The inside of the properly was clean the porch needed some attention

The house itself was exactly what we were looking for - cute and cozy and peaceful. The sauna and hot tub were wonderful. Unfortunately due to rainy weather we didn’t get much use of the pool or firepit 😭but we took full advantage of the numerous trails and parks surrounding us. Brandy with evolve was very helpful when we had a few minor issues/questions we needed help with! Would love to stay here again or any of the numerous homes within this Retreat at Monteagle neighborhood!

The place was nice, but had several issues while we were there, and communication with the host is not good. Had to contact Vrbo to get any help.
