About this house rental
With a surface area of 80 m², it can accommodate up to 8 travellers and comprises an attractive living room with a large, fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and a shower room. There's also a 350 m² garden with a large terrace! Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 32 m² living room with a double sofa bed, dining area, access to the terrace and TV.
- Open-plan kitchen with appliances including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200) and sliding storage cupboard
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190) and sliding wardrobe
- Bedroom 3: two single beds (90×190)
- Utility room with washing machine (9kg) and tumble dryer
- Shower room with shower and washbasin
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, plancha.
Outside:
- A beautiful 350 m² private enclosed garden
- A south-facing 40 m² paved terrace with tables, chairs, parasol and barbecue to enjoy the fine weather.
The house is ideally located just a few kilometres from the family-friendly seaside resort of Notre Dame de Monts and 5 km from Saint-Jean-de-Monts, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.
Activities :
- The forest offers a wide range of walks, trails and cycle routes throughout the town.
- Noirmoutier is just 35 minutes away by car
- Le puy du fou is 45 minutes away by car
- The hinterland with its windmills and walks
- A large white sandy beach as far as the eye can see for sand yachting, windsurfing, paddle boarding...
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (2 vehicles).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Challans, about 21 km away (23 min by car)
- Nearest airport: Nantes airport, about 81 km away (1h05 by car).

- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
