About this villa rental
Located in the heart of Le Lavandou, on the Côte d'Azur, Villa Fifi Bay welcomes you all year round for your holidays with family or friends.
Villa Fifi Bay is an old Provencal building with original architecture, renovated in 2017 by the renowned architect Mr Romand.
The interior space, spread over 3 levels, has been completely redesigned for your holiday and features a spiral architecture in half floors with several entrances, offering privacy and intimacy to each occupant.
On the ground floor are two bedrooms and their respective shower rooms. Each bedroom is equipped with a flat-screen TV compatible with Netflix and Apple TV, as well as a Bose sound system.
A laundry room completes this level, equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities. There is also ample storage space, a second fridge and a built-in safe.
The first floor of the villa is the communal area. The fully-equipped SIEMENS kitchen opens onto the living room. You'll find everything you need to prepare your favourite dishes, a dishwasher, an induction hob and the essential NESPRESSO coffee machine.
Several markets are held in Cavalière and the surrounding villages throughout the year. This is your chance to try some sunny cuisine!
From the kitchen you have access to a terrace of exotic wood and wrought iron, with a FERMOB garden set and an electric BBQ. Facing due south, the terrace is shaded during the strong summer sun.
The living room has a very comfortable sofa area for evening reading or drinks with friends, as well as a guest toilet.
At the far end of the living room is an alcove under an arch in an oriental-inspired architectural style, a very intimate space for your cinema evenings, equipped with two REFLEX armchairs, a giant SAMSUNG screen and a BOSE stereo speaker system.
On the third level of the villa you'll find the master bedroom, the children's bedroom opening onto the tropézienne _the tiled balconies typical of the Côte d'Azur_ and a shower room made from Salerno earthenware, a speciality of the craftsmen of a village inland from the French Riviera.
The entire villa is equipped with reversible air conditioning and mosquito nets for those warm summer evenings.
Villa Fifi Bay has been designed to blend in perfectly with its surroundings.
Located at the foot of the Massif des Maures, a 10-minute walk from Cavalière beach and the Bay of Cap Nègre, to step through the gates of Villa Fifi Bay is to enter an intimate tropical world that leaves plenty of room for nature and its luxuriance.
The garden surrounding Villa Fifi Bay has been designed to isolate its residents from the rest of the world for the duration of their stay.
Bushes, creeping vines, palm trees of all varieties, parrot's beaks, jasmine, hundred-year-old olive trees, oleander and of course the emblematic mimosa are all indigenous plants that recreate the tropical canopy as we imagine it and make Villa Fifi Bay a cocoon where life is good and you feel at peace.
An old stone staircase climbs the length of the villa, allowing you to discover on either side all the species of plants and wild flowers that can be found in Lavandou.
The plants have been selected so that the garden is in bloom almost all year round.
Of course, it's in spring and summer that you'll be able to enjoy all the colours to the full.
The last step will take you to the pool area, where you can enjoy a splendid panoramic view of the Mediterranean, the bay of Cap Nègre and its azure sky.
The Cavalière beach, just a 10-minute walk from the villa, offers all the amenities you need, as well as a wide range of activities: diving and snorkelling, kayak, paddle and pedalo hire, sailing lessons, jetskiing, electric mountain bike hire and deckchair hire.
There are plenty of bars and restaurants to liven up your summer evenings, including Les Voiles, L'Acampa and Les Sirènes.
There are regular shuttle buses from Port Miramar to the island of Porquerolles.
You can get to Le Lavandou, Bormes les Mimosas or Saint Tropez by car, by bike along the coastal cycle path or by boat.

Gorgeous house.
Lots of stairs externally, but that was obvious from the photos.
A few hiccups checking in with the intermediary agency- however sorted by the owners. Very clean inside and a genuine 10- 15 minute walk to the beach. I would return- the position near the village is perfect
