About this house rental
This is the perfect centrally located home tucked in the corner of a nice quiet cul-de-sac close to everything. We welcome professionals in town for business and will host others. Guests will have access to shared bathrooms, kitchen, dining, and living room areas. This home has a big beautiful yard with a table set to relax, eat, and take in the fresh air. We ask that guests are respectful and follow house rules. No Pets, no smoking (in doors). Outdoor smoking is okay.
This is a very nicely decorated, cozy spacious and clean home with 5 guest rooms. Please help us keep it this way. Please respect other guest's space and privacy. Guests may use the common areas, but are required to clean up behind themselves. Please clean your dishes if you cook, and tidy the bathroom after.
Guest will self check in and will be given a code for the lock box to access the security screen. This key must be returned to the lock box immediately. Guest will receive a personal code for the front door dial pad upon check in.
Guests may park on the street or to the right side of the driveway infront of the 3rd garage. Please do not block the main garage.
Guest without transportation can use Lyft or Uber or we do have Turo and private vehicles available to rent. A sedan, compact, and luxury SUV may be available. Please inquire about vehicle availability and a vehicle will be dropped off to the home for your convenience.
You may see me around the home and I am available for any special needs or request during your stay by phone, text, or you can send me a msg via the app, or my assistant/co-host Ashley 8063322415 (she does not live there).
Need transportation? Feel free to ask about my Turo and private rental cars available for your usage.
The hall bathroom is shared. Please spray and rinse out the shower after each use. Cleaning supplies are available under the bathroom sink. Please do not use the toilet as a trash receptacle. No wipes, facial tissues, feminine products, etc should be flushed. Trash cans are provided for such products.
Guests may park on the street or on the right side of the driveway in front of the 3rd garage. Parking in the main driveway to offload is okay. Do not block the main garage long term. Rental vehicles are available to our guests and may be arranged if needed.
We ask that guests keep the common areas clean and do not leave trash around the house or bedrooms. Please use the trash can for all trash as well as the recycle receptacles.
Please turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances after use and do not leave lights or TV's on when not in use or not occupying a room.
No unregistered guests are allowed on the premises. Any additional guests must be added to the reservation for an additional fee of $15/person. No pets allowed, not even comfort or service pets. Sorry.
There is absolutely no smoking allowed in the house. Guests may smoke outside in the backyard if needed, but no smoking is preferred. Smoking in the house will result in a $250 fine. There are no illicit drugs of any kind allowed in the home.
Use of the laundry room is allowed for guests staying 2 nights or more. Guests may use detergents and baskets provided.
