About this apartment rental
It is only a 5 minute walk to the old town of Estepona and a 10 minute walk to the beaches.
A very bright and spacious house of more than 90 square meters plus 2 terraces.
The apartment is on the second floor, has 3 bedrooms, 1 en-suite bathroom and a second bathroom. A large open plan living/dining room leading out onto a lovely terrace. There is an integrated state of the art kitchen with all brand new appliances and ample off street parking and a lift straight to the apartment.
The complex has a lovely swimming pool with lots of grass for sunbathing + separate paddling pool.
The apartment is suitable for 6 adults, has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with bath and walk-in shower. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the second and third bedrooms each have 2 single beds. They are all very large and furnished to an exceptional standard and have ample wardrobe space.
The large brand new kitchen has granite worktops and is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, fridge freezer, built-in microwave and Nespresso coffee machine. There is a separate room for the washing machine.
The apartment has full air conditioning and heating. There is a smart Google TV. We have also installed high speed WiFi in the property. In addition, there are lifts in the building that go directly to the apartment from street level, making it suitable for guests with reduced mobility.
You will not need a car for this property as it is close to the city center, shops, bars and restaurants.
It is a very child-friendly apartment and equipped with cots and high chairs for guests.
