About this house rental
We can't wait for you to enjoy our fully renovated, family friendly lake house. It's a happy home that provides a wonderful backdrop to any vacation. Centrally located to many Florida destinations- Legoland is only 7 miles away, Disney World is 35 miles away, and you are less than 50 miles from Tampa. The house is located on over an acre of lakefront property. The lake has a public boat launch if your family enjoys water sports or fishing or use the kayaks we provide on site!

The centerpiece of the bedroom is a lavish queen size bed adorned with soft linens that promise a restful night's sleep. Walk-in-closet perfect for extended stays.

Twin Bunk Beds with Additional Twin Trundle. Toys and books for children to play with, a small desk, and a cozy rocking chair. Perfect set up for visiting families.
√ Living Room:
Relaxation takes center stage in the living room. Sink into the plush sofa that beckons you to unwind. A Roku smart TV stands ready for your entertainment needs.
This couch is a sleep sofa and extra linens and pillows will be in the Master Bedroom closet.

Additional seating area with toys and books for children to play with.

The kitchen is a culinary haven, equipped with everything you need to unleash your inner chef. Whether you're whipping up a meal from scratch or reheating leftovers, you'll find all the tools you need. And for coffee enthusiasts, Keurig and a Drip Coffee Maker. Sugar, creamer, and a variety of coffee for your choosing. A kettle ensures you can prepare tea with ease.

Screened in Patio with outdoor furniture so that you can enjoy the Lake and is views without being exposed to the outdoors.
Lake McLeod provides opportunities for various recreational activities such as fishing, boating, kayaking, and wildlife observation. Anglers frequent the lake in pursuit of bass, bluegill, crappie, and other freshwater fish species. Boating enthusiasts enjoy cruising along the lake's surface or engaging in water sports like skiing and tubing.
Lake McLeod supports diverse wildlife, including various bird species, turtles, and fish. It serves as a habitat for waterfowl and wading birds, making it a popular spot for birdwatchers and nature enthusiasts.
While you'll have access to almost ALL of our delightful space, we do have a supply closet locked and unavailable for access.

√ Early check-in/late check-out: We'll do our best to grant special requests, but we can’t always make it work. Contact your host!
√ Discounts: Want to extend your stay? We offer discounts for stays a week or longer.
√ Laundry: Traveling light or staying awhile? We have a set of washers and dryers and we provide laundry soap too!
√ Pet Policy: Furry friends, we love you, but we can't have you here! Absolutely NO PETS or ESA. Violating this will result in a $200 Fine.
√ Smoking Policy: We are a smoke free home. Do not smoke indoors or on the patio. Cigarettes, Vapes, or Marijuana. If you must smoke, smoke away from the home and neighbors and dispose of any waste. Violating this will result in a $200 Fine.
The entire house and yard is yours to enjoy. The lake is wonderful and the yard is full of mature trees that provide great shade and privacy. There is also a dozen or so fruit trees that will be accessible to you if timed just right!
