About this apartment rental
With its prime address right in the heart of St Kilda, this apartment has the bustle of Acland Street at its front door. Catch live music at the Espy, enjoy a dip in the iconic St Kilda Sea Baths and stroll out along the St Kilda Pier, taking in panoramic views over the Melbourne skyline. From here you can jump on a tram for a direct ride into the CBD. Back home, this well-sized apartment caters to both long and short stays. It features a full kitchen, laundry facilities and secure parking.
With its bright, open plan design, this apartment offers a sensational base for families or small groups looking to immerse themselves in St Kilda life. Live like a local, with neighbourhood’s icons just a short stroll away. While back home, enjoy peace and privacy with everything you’ll need for the perfect Melbourne getaway.
The living and dining area is open plan and brimming with natural light. There’s air-conditioning and heating to keep things comfortable no matter what time of year you are travelling in. Come together for a shared meal at the dining table or use this space for setting up a laptop if you’re on a working holiday. The kitchen comes well equipped for meals at home, but you’ll also find plenty of cafes and restaurants close by. In the evening, relax in the lounge with a good book or spot of TV.
Both bedrooms are immaculately presented for a good night’s sleep. The primary bedroom highlights a king-sized bed, with storage space for your belongings, while the second bedroom comes with a queen-sized bed. In the neat bathroom you’ll find a combination bathtub and shower and mirrored vanity stocked with complimentary toiletries for your stay. You’ll also have access to laundry facilities, including a washing machine and dryer.
Parking is provided for one car.
*Please note, all linen and towels are provided. Some basic necessities are also provided but those that are not are expected to be purchased by the guest. We have found that guests purchase consumables that build up over time. This system seems to work well.
Please note, hot water is provided by a 55 litre tank system. When the tank runs out of water you have to wait for it to heat back up.
Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.
