About this farm stay rental
Located at the base of Pilgrim Monument, this beautiful home in the historic district is one block from MacMillan Pier, the town beach, and ferries. Just a 3-minute stroll to Commercial Street where you can enjoy art galleries, boutiques, fine dining, live music, and shows. Eat dinner outside on the farmer's porch, then climb to the roof deck to enjoy ocean views and the sunset. Two dedicated parking spaces are available to you as well as use of beach towels, chairs and umbrellas.
The main floor includes a living room, full eat-in kitchen, full bathroom and bedroom. Living room has queen sofa bed. Upstairs floor includes 2 bedrooms and a full bath. There is an exclusive area of the farmer's porch and a rooftop deck with views of Cape Cod Bay and Pilgrim Monument. Laundry is available in the basement.
You have access to the entire left side of the home, farmer's porch, roof deck, and basement. Please note the farmhouse is split down the middle and this portion is to the left looking from the street. Floor plans included in the images section! The home was built in 1850 and is very cozy. The stairs to the second floor are very steep and may be tough for young children or elderly guests.
The mornings here are magical! It is quiet and peaceful. Catching a sunrise on the porch or rooftop deck makes you never want to leave!
