Villa Amanda is a charming country house located in Pozzi, in the heart of Versilia area, and just 5 km from Forte dei Marmi.
Surrounded by centuries-old olive trees, the villa boasts a private fenced garden with lawn and outdoor dining area, ideal for alfresco meals, after a day at the beach.
At guests' disposal also a private parking for 2 cars.
Internal Description
Elegantly furnished in a modern style, Villa Amanda is spread over 3 floors and can accommodate up to 7 people, has 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Internet Wifi is included. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning. All bedrooms have a wardrobe and a private terrace. Pets are not allowed.
Tavern: The tavern is made up of a rustic living room with double sofa bed, armchair, fireplace, and a dining room with a table for 6 people. Following is a bathroom with shower, and a laundry room with washing machine.
Ground floor: A bright open-space living area welcomes us, furnished with: sofa, armchairs, tv, fireplace, and dining room with a table for 6 people. Then you will find a modern kitchen, fully equipped with: stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, and toaster. Both the living room and the kitchen have direct access to the garden.
A small toilet completes the floor.
First floor: The top floor is dedicated to the sleeping area, consisting of 3 bedrooms divided as follows: a double bedroom, a single bedroom, and a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom (with shower).
Lastly there is a bathroom with hot tub.

Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity); Internet Wifi; use of the hot tub.
Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (400.00€). Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).
Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 500.00€ security deposit (credit card), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.
