Here, soaring, 25-foot vaulted ceilings feature driftwood trusses with uplighting, creating a grand, airy atmosphere. Expansive windows frame stunning lake views as you effortlessly entertain in this impressive open-concept space, which opens to a corner-wrapping balcony. The gourmet kitchen with high-end appliances offers an adjacent, fully equipped cocktail and wine bar with a separate ice maker, beverage refrigerator, and an array of barware, while a Sonos surround-sound system offers three audio zones inside and out to help set the mood. A spacious kitchen island offers stool seating for four, while a grand dining table seats up to 10. The family room beyond has plenty of plush seating where you can sink into a sectional sofa after a day at beach or pool.
Dine or lounge on the lakeside balcony, with its scenic views featuring the wooden boardwalk over lake waters. On the first floor, the rear porch is just steps from lake waters and offers more outdoor seating for coffee, cocktails, or reading time.
SLEEPING QUARTERS: Summer Wind offers five luxurious king-bedroom suites, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests. Two primary suites provide an extra touch of opulence—one with a driftwood-inspired, four-poster bed and private front balcony with views of the coastal village streetscape. The two bunk rooms are designed with kids in mind, each featuring four sets of twin bunks. The first-floor bunk room opens to an outdoor patio on the lake and has its own beverage center, providing a private retreat for younger guests. The third floor is ideal for a separate family unit, accommodating two adults in a king-size suite and four kids in a bunkroom loft that has ample space and privacy.
GREAT FEATURES: Two, whole-home dehumidifiers keep the house dry and cool. Enjoy the convenience of covered parking in the driveway and an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day on the lake. A hallway drop zone for gear and laundry room make it easy to stay organized during your stay.
