The open-plan kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances: dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer and a latest generation four-burner induction hob. The double balcony, one of which has an unmissable lake view, is furnished to make the most of the outdoor spaces.

The sleeping area includes two bedrooms, both with double beds and toppers for extra comfort. Each room, including the living room, is equipped with independent air conditioning to ensure maximum comfort. You will find two bathrooms: a very large one with extra-large shower cabin, toilet and bidet, and a second bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet. In both bedrooms on the mattresses of the double beds there is a high-quality topper, a bed accessory that adds an extra layer of comfort, improving the quality of sleep and making the bed even more welcoming.

Starting one week before your arrival, you will have a dedicated concierge (Italian, English, German, Spanish, Portuguese) ready to answer any questions you may have about the apartment and the surrounding area. Our concierge will personally welcome you upon your arrival, she will escort you to the apartment and she will be at your disposal throughout your stay to assist you with any needs. Upon departure, the concierge will be there to greet you and make sure your experience was perfect. This service is available via direct contact via chat, guaranteeing rapid and personalized assistance. Our goal is to make you feel pampered and well cared for throughout your stay at DesenzanoLoft.
The check-in time for this apartment is 3pm to 7pm. For arrivals from 7.00 pm to 11.30 pm there is a supplement of 50.00 euros.
This apartment is subject to the payment of a security deposit of 300 euros. The deposit will be collected at check-in and released in cash on the day of departure in the absence of material damage.
