Ty'n Pwll Farm, a house over three floors, consists of a kitchen/diner with electric oven, gas hob, AGA, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, and toaster. Oil fire and a sitting room with Smart TV and wood-burning stove. Beautiful exposed stonework on walls and wooden roof beams throughout. The bedrooms consist of a king-size, ground-floor double, double, twin, and second-floor twin. There is a shower room with walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC, and shower room with walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC. Outside, there is a non-enclosed garden with furniture, hot tub, and ample off-road parking. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.7 miles, pub 0.6 miles, beach 0.7 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels included in the rent. Whatever the weather, a wonderful stay awaits at Ty'n Pwll Farm. Note: Limited access to attic twin room, accessed via ladder. Note: Set over three floors, not suitable for those with mobility issues.
