Newly renovated holiday home in the small town of Werder on the Havel. Werder is a charming little town on the outskirts of Potsdam and Berlin with very good transport links to the two metropolises and, above all, with lots of lakes in the immediate city area. You can jump into the water on almost every corner, rent boats or discover lots of nice little alleys, especially on the historic city island! Highlights included: all consumption-dependent energy costs, WiFi, final cleaning, parking space, 1 dog Notes: Bringing a dog is free of charge. If you have 2 dogs, you can book the 2nd dog for an additional fee of €10.00 per day. The laundry package can be added when booking and is not included in the travel price!
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Non smoking accommodation. not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
